According to the form of the recovery afd if to him it Seemeth Expedient & have you then & there the named
of those by whom you make the same Known and this Writt Wittness Samuel Hopkins his Gent Chiefe
Justice of our said Court the 19.th day of Novem in the 10th year of our Dominion &c Anno Dom 1725

Att which said third tuesday of march to witt the fifteenth day of the Same month anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred and twenty five being the day of the return of the said writt Cometh the Said Betty Gale & Levin
Levin Gale in their proper persons and the Sherr of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was
directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof Endorsed in these words following vizt made
Known P Fran: Allen Sherr

          Whereupon the said Betty Gale and Levin Gale Executors as afd pray that the afd Robert
Hutson to their writt of Scirefacias afd may answer but the said Robert Hutson altho' Solemnly
Called Comes not nor Shews Cause why &c but makes default whereby the Said plft Remains ag.t
the afd deft wholy undefended         Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the fifteenth
day of march Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty five that the afd Betty Gale and
Levin Gale Executors as afd Be have Execution against the afd Robert Hutson as well for the
Sum of One hundred and Sixty pounds Currt ^money^ this debt afd as also the Sum of three hundred and
thirty Nine pounds of tobo Costs of Suite in the Judgmt afd specified as also for the Sum of
318   three hundred and Eighteen            pounds of tob.o by the Court here adjudged unto them for their
Costs and damages sustained by occasion of Delay of Execution of the Judgmt afd &c

Command was given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he Should
take Ann Renshaw Late of Somersett County Spinster if She Shall be
found in his Bailywick and her Should Safe Keep so that he might
                have her Body Before the Justices of of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to
be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then Next to answer unto Thomas Dashiell
of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c and that thereof he Should not fail &c

          And the Said Thomas Dashiell by Levin Gale his attorney declared against the afd Ann
Renshaw in the Plea afd as followeth vizt

       Somersett fs  Ann Renshaw Late of Somersett County Spinster was attached to answer unto
Thomas Dashiell of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c    And whereupon the Said Thos
by Levin Gale his attorney Complains that Whereas the afd Ann Renshaw the tenth day of June
Seventeen hundred & twenty five at the County afd within the the Jur of this Court was Indebted
to the afd Thomas in the Sum of thirteen hundred & Sixty Eight pounds of tob.o as by Act herewithin
Court Produces May appear for Levys & Officers Fees  And so thereof being Indebted ye sd
Ann in Consideration thereof afterwards to witt the same day & year afd at the County afd within
the afd Jur in Consideration thereof upon herselfe assumed & to ye same Thomas then & there
faithfully promised that she when afterwards she Should be thereto required she the afd Sum of
thirteen hundred and Sixty Eight pounds of tob.o to y.e same Thomas would well & faithfully
