Committed
Mary Ach appears to an Indictm.t for felony and is ordered to give Security for her appearance at
June Court next ^but^ for want thereof She is Committed into the Custody of the Sherr of Somersett
          County there to remain till delivered by Due Course of Law &c the Said Sherr present took Charge of
the Said Mary Ach accordingly &c


Thomas Fletcher
          Recognizance
    Thomas Fleth appears according to recognizance for his appearance this Court to give
Evidence against a Certain March Ach Concerning her Committing Felony &c
                      thereupon the Said Thomas Fletch is discharged and ordered by the Court that he give New
Recognizance for his appearance at June Court Next to give Evidence as afd &c

          Thereupon the Said Thomas Fletcher acknowledged himselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted
unto the right honrble the Lord Proprietary in ten pounds Sterling to be Levied on his body goods
or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the Said Lord proprietary  In Case he doth not make
his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett the third
tuesday of June next and then and there give Evidence against Mary Ach Concerning her feloniously
stealling Certain good and Chattells &c and not to depart with Leave of the Court &c

Command was given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he Should take
Cornelius Watkinson Late of Somersett County Planter if he Should be found in
his bailywick and him Should Safe Keep so that he might have his body before
                the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday
       of march then next to answer unto Joseph MccClester of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c and that thereof
       he Should not fail &c

                   And whereupon the said Joseph MccClester by Levein Gale his attorney Complaines that whereas
       the said Cornelius the thirtieth day of November Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty four at
       Somersett County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court was Indebted unto the said Joseph in nine hundred
       and fifteen pounds of Tob.o ^for^ Levies Sherr.s Fees and Publick dues to the said Jos: then and there due owing
       and un paid as by an Acc.t thereof hereunto Annexed may in Court appear and being so thereof
       Indebted the said Cornelius afterwards to witt the day and year afd at the place afd in Consideration
       thereof upon himselfe did assume and to the said Joseph then and there did faithfully promise
       that he the said Cornelius the afd Nine hundred and fifteen pounds of tob.o to the said Joseph
       when he should be afterwards thereto requested he would well and faithfully pay & Content
       altho' the said Cornelius One hundred & twenty one pounds of tob.o Percell of the afd nine hundred
       and fifteen pounds of tob.o to the said Joseph he hath paid and Sattisfied yett ^as^ to Seven hundred &
       Ninety four pounds of tob.o Residue of the afd Nine hundred & fifteen pounds of tobo the said Cornelius
       his promis and Assumption afd in form afd made Little regarding but plotting & fraudulently
       Intending the said Joseph in that part Craftily and Subtilly to deceive and defraud the
