His Lordship

Mary Ach
 We of the grand Jury do present Mary Ach of alhollows Parish Spinster for
bearing on her body as bastard Child on or about the 12.th day of march Last
                   Sam.l Hopkins Sen.r Informer                                             Adam Hitch foreman

           Thereupon Command is given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he Should take the Said
       Mary Ach if &c to answer &c and afterwards in Our Same Court Came the Said Mary Ack
       if &c to answer &c and afterwards in the Same Court Came the Said Mary Ach and ^being^ put to the bar
       is thereupon Instantly demanded how She would acquitt herself of the premisses afd says
       that of the Premisses afd she is Guilty thereof and submitts ^herselfe^ to the Mercy of the Court and is willing
       to pay her fine for the fact afd
                                                                Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the said
       Mary Ach be fined to his Lordship his heirs and successors thirty Shillings Curr.t money for the fact
       afd and is ordered to give security for all the officers fees due by occasion of the premisses afd
       thereupon a Certain Joseph Pemberton present took Charge in Court undertook to pay the Severall
       Officers their fees due by occasion of the premisses afd &c

Mary Lathbury and
Jno ^Lathbury^ Recogn forfeited
 Whereas a Certain Mary Lathbury being bound by recognizance in the
Sum of ten pounds Currt Lawfull money for the use of the Lord proprietary

to be Levied upon her Body Goods or Chattells Lands or tenements in Case
                She did not appear at deviding Creek before Our Justices to answer her Committing
       fornication with a Certain Gabriel Cooper a molattor          And whereupon the Said Mary
       Lathbury altho' Solemnly Called Came not but makes defaut &c

                   Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the right honrble the Lord
       Proprietary of this Province ^Recover^ the afd Sum of ten pounds Curr.t Money to be Levied of the
       body goods or Chattells Land or tenements of of the Said Mary Lathbury &c
             And whereas a Certain Jno Lathbury of Somersett County Planter became Security for
       the afd Mary Lathbury and acknowledged himselfe Indebted in the Sum of five pounds
       Curr.t money to be Levied upon his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of
       his Said Lordship In Case the Said Mary Lathbury did not appear and answer as abovesaid
      
                         Att which time the Said Jno Lathbury altho' Solemnly Called to bring into Court
       the Said Mary Lathbury Came not but Made default &c

                   Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices that the Right honrble the Lord proprietary
       Recover against the afd Jno Lathbury by his default afd the afd five pounds Curr.t mony to
       be Levied upon his Body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the the use of the said Lord
       proprietary &c
