afd seven hundred and Ninty four pounds of tob.o to the said Joseph he hath not paid
or to him for the same in any wise Contented altho' the same to doe the said Cornelius by the
same Joseph on the first day of August ann Dom one thousand seven hundred & twenty five
and often afterwards at the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court was thereunto
requested but the same to him to pay or in any wise to Content hath refused and Still doth
refuse and Deny whereupon the said Joseph saith that he is worse and hath damage to the
value of fifteen hundred & Eighty Eight pounds of tob.o & thereupon he brings this Suite &c

       A Copy of the foregoeing declaration and acco.t was made and Sent to be served on the deft
       with the writt in the plea afd &c

                Att which Said third tuesday of march to witt the fifteenth day of the Same month being
        the day of the return of the said writt ^anno Dom one thousand seven hundred & twenty five^ Cometh the Said Joseph McClester by his attorney afd and the
       Sherr of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh
       Return thereof to ye Court here Endorsed in these words following viz.t Non est Inventus p
                                                                                                                               Francis Allen Sher

             Whereupon the Said Joseph MccClester by his attorney afd prays that forasmuch as he has
       Comply with the Law as pledged in order to an attachm.t he may have Judgm.t against the Said
       Cornelius Watkinson for his damages afd by way of attachmt according to act of assembly &c whereupon
       for that it Seems to the Court that the Said Joseph MccClester hath Complyed with the Law
       as alledged      Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the fifteenth day of march anno
       Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty five that the afd Joseph MccClester Recover against
       the said Cornelius Watkinson as well the sum of seven hundred and Ninty four ^pd of tobo^ his damages by occasion
       of the premisses afd as al Costs and charges by the Said Plft Laid Out and Expended about his suite
274   by way of attachmt against the goods Chattells rights or Creditts of the said Cornelius Watkinson according
       to act of assembly in Such Case made & provided &c

Somersett County Planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him should Safe Keep so that
he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court to be held at dividing
