that then she the said Elizabeth Hobbs shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or Render
her body to the Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County in Satisfaction thereof or that he the said Joy Hobbs
will doe it for her      thereupon the said Elizabeth Hobbs by George Dasheil her attorney appears & Imparls
till next Court &c

This being an action of trespass upon the Case &c wherein the writt in the Same
action; to the Sherr of Somersett County was directed Cometh & maketh Return thereof
                               to the Court here Endorsed in these words vizt   Cepi Corpus P Jos: MccClester Sher

   And whereupon the Same Love Hobbs in her own proper person appears and thereupon the
said Love Hobbs at the prayer of the plfts attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd
thereupon a Certain Joy Hobbs of Somersett County planter present in Court undertakes for the Said Love
Hobbs that in Case the said Ann Covington shall Recover Judgm.t in the plea afd against the said Love
Hobbs ^or^ that the said Love Hobbs shall be therein Convict that then he she ^the^ Said Love Hobbs shall pay
the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render her Body to the Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County
in satisfaction thereof or that they he the said Joy Hobbs will doe it for her      thereupon the said Love
Hobbs by George Dashiell her attorney appears & Imparles till next Court &c

    Ordered by the Court that Southy Whittington pay unto James Ward the sum of One hundred &
and fifty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance five days as an Evidence for him
against Joseph Sumers brother & heir of William Sumers he having made oath to the same &c

    Ordered by the Court that Thomas Robins pay unto Jno Newbold & Thomas Layfeild the Sum
of One hundred & fifty pounds of tob.o Each being due unto Each of them for their attendance five
days as Evidence on behalfe of the said Thomas Robins against John White they having made
oath to the same

    Ordered by the Court that Southy Whittington pay unto Jobe Sherry the Sum of three hundred and
Ninty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance ten days as Evidence for the said William Whittington against
John Olandman he having made oath to the same &c

    Ordered by the Court that John Olandman pay unto William Porter the sum of one hundred
