89 James Nicholson, Edward Jonson, Chrispin Price, Finch Jones, Solomon Right, John Records Jun.r John Cordery Edw.d Corderry, John Mattason, Allen Sulten, Hu, his Cozen, Edmond Collins Sen.r James Collins, Edmond Collins Jun.r Henry Spare, George Greer, Mark Greer, Mark Leach, Davis Leach, John Greer, John Carter Sen.r John Carter Jun.r William Callaway, Peter Callaway, Robert Downs, Thomas Parramore, John Realfe, William Ralfe, Philip King, William Harve, Nathaniel Waller, Thomas Waller the Petition afd being read and heard and the Premisses by the Court Considered Its Ordered by the Court that the said John Records be over seer to Clear a road from Hutchins ferry to tusakey Branch at Broad Creek as by the Petition afd is Praid and that the severall persons that subscribed to the petition afd assist the Said John Records to Clear the said Road &c
Considered it is Ordered by the Court here that the afd Negro Woman of the said John Scott befor the future tax free as by the Petition afd is praid &c
the Publick Land in Order to dispose of Liquors and Other Necessarys for travellers and other persons &c and in duty Bound your Petitioner shall Ever pray Isabell Obryan the Petition afd being read and heard and all and singular the Premisses ^by the Justices^ Considered the afd Petition is Granted as praid so that the said Isabell Obryan have Liberty to Build a Small house on the Publick Land at the Court house she not to build the same so near to the Court house that it be an Oppression &c
and twenty two before his Lordships Justices of the Peace and Other Officers duely Authorized and Commissioned to hold the same of whom were present Coll.o Jacob Loockerman, Majr Henry Ennalls, Capt John Rider, Mr John Robson, M.r Thomas Taylor, Mr Charles Nutter, M.r Peter Taylor, Capt John Keene, John Orrell Sher Goovr Loockerman Clk Thomas Howell ag.t William Kenney Command was given to the sherr of Dorchester County that he should take William Kenney ^late^ of Dorchester County wheelwright if he should be found in his Bailiwick and him Safe Keep so that he might have his Body Before the Justices of his Said Lordships County Court of Dorchester (to) |
