    four hundred Eighty and seven pounds of tobacco for Levies sherriffs fees Creditts given and publick dues and forbearance
    thereupon to the said Thomas then and there due owing and unpaid as by an account thereof hereunto
    annexed may in Court appear and being so thereof Indebted the said Philip in Consideration thereof
    afterwards to witt the day and year afd at the place afd in Considered thereof upon himselfe did assume and to
    the said Thomas then and there did faithfully promise that he the said Philip the afd three thousand four
    hundred Eighty and seven pounds of tobacco to the said Thomas when he should be afterwards thereunto requested
    he would well and faithfully pay and Content and altho' the said Philip two thousand Nine hundred and
    fifty three pounds of tobacco Pcell of the afd three thousand four hundred Eighty and seven pounds of tobacco
    to the said Thomas he hath paid and satisfied yett as to five hundred and thirty four pounds of tobacco residue
    of the afd three thousand four hundred and Eighty seven pounds of tobacco the said Philip his promise and
    assumption afd in form afd made Little regarding but plotting and fraudulently Intending the said Thomas
    in that part Craftelly and subtilly to deceive and defraud the afd five hundred thirty and four^ pounds of tobacco to the said Thomas
    ^he hath not paid^ or to him for the same in anywise Contented altho' the same to doe the said Philip by the Said Thomas on the
                day of             in the year afd and often afterwards at the Parish and County afd within the Jurisdiction
    afd he was thereunto required bit the same to him to pay or in any wise to Content hath refused and still
    doth refuse and deny whereupon the said Thomas saith he is worse and hath damage to the value of
    One thousand sixty and Eight pounds of tobacco and thereupon he Brings Suite &c
