                                                                                                   March Cort:  1722
        Being Called appears and thereupon the said Richard Kellam at the Prayer of Robert Martin by his attorney
        is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to ye action afd thereupon a Certain William Young of Somrsett County Planter
        Present here in Court indestates for the said Richard Kellam that in Case the said Robert Martin shall recover
        Judgm.t in ye Plea afd against Richard Kellum or that the said Richard Kellum shall be therein Convict
        Custody of the Sherr of Somrsett County in Satisfaction thereof or that he the said William Young will do it for
        him thereupon the said Richard Kellum by George Dashiell his attorney appears and Imparls till next
        Court

This being an action of trespass upon the Case &.c  Wherein the Sherr of Somrsett County to whom the
writt in the same action was directed Comes and makes return thereof Endorst Cepi Jos: MccChester Sherr
                      Whereupon the said John Neasham being Called appears and thereupon the said John Neasham at the
       Prayer of the Plfts attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd thereupon a Certain William
       Young of Somersett County Planter Present here in Court undertakes for the said John Neasham that in Case
       the Said Robert Martin shall recover Judgm.t in the Plea afd against the said John Neasham or that the said
       John Neasham shall be therein Convict that then he ye said John Neasham shall pay the Condemnation of the
       Court thereupon or render his Body to ye Custody of the Sherr of Somrsett County in satisfaction thereof or that he
       the said William Young will do it for him thereupon the said John Neasham in his own Proper person appears
       and Imparles till next Court &c

This being an action of trespass upon the Case &.c  Wherein the Sherr of Somrsett County to whom
the writt in the same action was Directed Comes and makes return thereof to ye Court here Endorst

       of Somrsett County Planter Present here in Court undertakes for the said Peter frenay that in Case the said
       Robert Martin shall Recover Judgm.t in the Plea afd against the said Peter frenay or that the said Peter
       frenay shall be therein Convict that then he the said Peter frenay shall pay the Condemnation of ye Court thereupon
       or render or his Body to ye Custody of the Sherr of Somrsett County in satisfaction thereof or that ^he^ the said
       Charles Young will do it for him thereupon the said Peter frenay in his Proper Person appears & Imparls
       till next Court &c

David Shehoe
 Command was given to the Sherr of Somrsett County that he should take David Shehoe of Stepney Parish
in Somrsett County Planter if he should be found in his Baliwick and him should Safe Keep so that he might
have his Body Before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somrsett to be held at Dividing Creek the
       third tuesday of March then next to answer unto Robert Martin of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c and that
       thereof he should not faile &c   And whereupon the said Robert by francis Allen his attorney Complains
       that Whereas the said David the thirtieth day of November Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty
