Timothy Malcolm
 This being an action of trespass upon the Case &.c  Wherein the Sherr of Somrsett to whom the
writt in the same County action was directed Comes and makes return thereof to the Court here
Endorst vizt           Cepie Jos: M.ccChester Sherr
                                                                                                                        Whereupon the said Timothy Malcolm
       being Called appears and thereupon the said Timothy Malcolm at the Prayer of Robert Martin by his attorney
       is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd   Thereupon a Certain Nehemiah Nicholson of Somrsett County
       Planter Present herein Court undertakes for the said Timothy Malcolm that in Case the said Robert Martin
       the said Case shall Recover Judgm.t in the Plea afd against the said Timothy Malcolm or that the said
       Timothy Malcolm shall be therein Convict that then he the said Timothy Malcolm shall pay the Condemnation
       of the Court thereupon or render his Body to the Custody of the sherr of Somrsett County in satisfaction thereof
       or that he the said Nehemiah Nicholson will do it for him thereupon the said Timothy Malcolm by Levin
       Gale his attorney appears and Imparls till next Court &c

Charles Young
 This being an action of trespass upon the Case &.c  Wherein the sherr of Somrsett County to whom the writt
in the same action was directed Comes and makes return thereof to ye Court here Endorst in these words
following vizt                 Cepie Jos: MccChester sherr
                                                                                                                                                 Whereupon the said Charles
                      Young being Called appears and thereupon the said Charles Young at the Prayer of Robert Martin by
       his attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd thereupon a Certain William Young of Somrsett
       County Planter Present herein Court undertakes for the said Charles Young that in Case the said Robert Martin shall

                      being Called appears and thereupon the said John Anderson at the prayer of Robert Martin by his
       attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to ye action afd thereupon a Certain William Young of Somrsett
       County Planter present here in Court undertakes for ye John Anderson that in Case the said Robert Martin
       shall recover Judgm.t in ye Plea afd against the said John Anderson or that the said John Anderson shall be
