according to act of assembly               therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day &
year Last mentioned that the said sum of One pound ten shilling and two pence so as afd attached be Condemned
in the hands of the said Thomas Pointer as of the rights and Creeditts of the said William Gilchrist and Thomas
Brown towards satisfying unto the said Robert Martin damages and Costs afd and that the said Robert Martin
have his Execution thereof against the said Thomas Pointer according to act of assembly &c

                   Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year Last mentioned that the said
sum of One pounds four shillings and six pence so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said George
Furnace as of the rights and Creditts of the said William Gilchrist and Thomas Brown towards satisfying of the
unto the said Robert Martin his damages and Costs afd and that the said Robert Martin have thereof his Executn
against the said George Furnace according to act of assembly &c

                                                       Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year Last
mentioned that the said sum of six shillings and one penny so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of
the said William Richardson as of the rights and Creditts of the said William Gilchrist and Thomas Brown
towards satisfying unto the said Robert Martin his damages and Costs afd and that the said Robert Martin
have thereof his Execution ^ag.t the said W.m Richardson^ according to act of assembly &c

                                            Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and Year Last
mentioned that the said sum of three shillings and seven pence halfe penny so as afd attached in the be Condemned
in the hands of the said Edward Bennett as of the rights and Creditts of the said William Gilchrist and
Thomas Brown towards satisfying unto the said Robert Martin his damages and Costs afd and that the said
Robert Martin have thereof his Execution ^of the said Edward Bennett^ according to act of assembly &c

                                     Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and Year Last mentioned
that the said sum of three shillings so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said William Hopkins
as of the rights and Creditts of the said William Gilchrist and Thomas Brown towards satisfying unto the
said Robert Martin his damages and Costs afd and that the said Robert Martin have thereof his Execution ^against the said W.m Hopkins^
according to act of assembly &c
                                                          Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year
Last mentioned that the said sum of one shilling and six pence so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands
of the said William Pointer as the rights and Creditts of the said William Gilchrist and Thomas Brown
towards satisfying unto the said Robert Martin his damages and Costs afd and that the said robert Martin
have thereof his Execution ^of the said W.m Pointer^ according to act of assembly &c
