his life time and the afd Mary after the death of the afd John whilst she was sole and also the afd Thomas and
Mary after the Espousalls between them Celebrated the Promise and assumption ^of the^ afd John in his Life time so as
afd made Little Regarding but minding and fraudulently Intending and Each of them minding and fraudulently
Intending the same Edmond in this Part Craftily and Subtilly to deceive and defraud the afd four hundred &
fifty two pounds of tobacco or any part thereof to the same Edmond altho' the afd John in his Life time afterwards
to witt the twenty fifth day of January Ann Dom Seventeen hundred and Ninteen at allhollows parish in ye
County afd within the afd Jurisdiction and the afd Mary since the decease of the afd John viz.t tenth day of
November Ann Dom Seventeen hundred and tweenty at the the parish and County afd within the afd
Jurisdiction the afd Thomas and Mary after ^since^ Espousalls between them Celebrated viz.t the twentieth day
of May Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty two at the parish and County afd within the
afd Jurisdiction and often afterwards by the same Edmond have been thereunto required have not paid
or Contented but the same to pay or Content hitherto altogether have refused and the afd Thomas and
Mary the same to him to pay or in any ways Content still altogether refuse to the damage of the same
Edmond Nine hundred pounds of tobo and thereof he Bringeth Suite &c

Come and defend the force and Injury when &c and pray Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and they
have it and the same day is given to the plft also

                   Att which said next Court to witt the twentieth day of November Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred
and twenty two Comes again as well the said Edmond Hough by his attorney afd as the said Thomas Drummond &
and Mary his wife Ex.rx as afd by their attorney afd and the said Thomas Drummond and Mary his wife Ex.rx as
afd by their said attorney pray further Leave to Imparl here unto out untill the next Court and they have
it and ye same day is given to the Plft also
                                                                         Att which said next Court to witt the Ninteenth day of March
Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty two Comes again as well the said Edmond Hough by his
attorney afd as the said Thomas Drummond and Mary his wife Exrx as afd by their attorney afd and the said
