with the Law in Order to an attachm.t he may have Judgm.t against the Said Robert Pitts for his debt
afd by way of attachm.t according to act of assembly &.c        Whereupon for that it seems to the Court here
that the Said William Whittington has Complied with the Law as alledged;
                         Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the Eighteenth day of June Ann
Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty three afd that the said William Whittington recover against
the said Robert Pitts as well the sum of six Pounds one shilling ^and seven pence^ Corant money of this Province his debt
(220)   afd as all Costs and damages by the said Plft Laid Out and Expended about his suite by way of attachm.t
against the goods Chattles rights or Creditts of the said Robert Pitts according to act of assembly in such
Case made and provided &.c

 Memorand.m the Plft by  Francis Allen Sued Out his Lordships writt
of attachm.t against the deft the tenour of which writt follows in the words viz.t

Sommersett County fs.t  Charles absolute Lord and Proprietarie of the
Provinces of maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.c   To
                         the sherr of Sommersett County Greeting Wee Command you that you attach any the goods Chattles
    Rights or Creeditts of Robert more of Coventry Parish in the County of Sommersett Planter if they shall be
    found in your Baliwick to the value of twelve hundred pounds of tobo and when you have the same attached
    or any part thereof the same in your Custody Safe Keep so that you have the same Before the Justices of Our
    County Court to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next then and there to be Condemned according
    to act of assembly to and for the use of a Certain Robert Martin unless the said Anthony More by himselfe
    or his attorney shall appear and answer unto the said Robert Martin in a plea of trespass upon the
    Case &.c according to law and that by good and Lawfull men of your Baliwick you made Known unto the
    person or person in whose hands you make ye same attachm.t that he she or they be and appear before
    the Justices of Our Said Court to be held as afd to shew Cause if any he she or they have why the same goods
    Chattles rights or Creditts so attached in his her or their hands Ought not to be Condemned and Execution
    thereof had and made according to the form of the act of assembly in that Case made and Provided if to him
    her or them it shall seem meett and how you shall Execute this WRitt that you make Known unto Our Said
    Justices at ye Day and Place afd and have you then and there this Writt Witness Charles Ballard Gent
    Chiefe Justice of Our Said Court the 24.th day of march in the Eighth year of Our Dominion &.c Ann Dom 1722
