to this writt annexed mentioned the severall sums of tobacco to the severall Names annexed as the goods and
Chattles of the within Named anthony More I have made also Known unto the said severall Persons that they be
and appear before the Justices within Mentioned at the day and place with in Contained to shew Cause if any they

Garnishes as afd in their Own Proper Person appear and voluntarily takes their Oath with Consent of the Plfts attorney
afd ^that they have^ none of the Effects of the said defts in their hands at the time of the Laying of the attachm.t afd nor at no
time since Thereupon the said James Strawbridge and John Christopher Jun garnishes as afd were discharged &.c

 Memorand.m the Plft by Francis Allen his attorney Sued Out his Lordships writt of Scire

facias against the deft the tenour of which Writt follows in these words vizt
Maryland fs.t  Charles absolute Lord and Proprietarie of the Provinces of Maryland and avalon
                                           Lord Baron of Baltemore &.c  To the sherr of Sommersett County Greeting Whereas at a County Court
                      held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of November 1721 in a Cause ^then^ the and the ^there^ depending Between Nathannell
       Horsey Plft and John Gunby and Sarah his wife Ex.rs deft the said Plft Recovered Judgm.t against the said defts
       as well for the sum of Eleven pounds fourteen Shillings six pence halfe Penny a Certain debt due and recovered
       whereof they are Convict as also the sum of two hundred and twenty four pounds of tobacco Costs of Suite and for that
       Execution hath not thereupon Issued wee therefore Command you that by good and Lawfull men of your Baliwick
       you make Known unto the said John Gunby and Sarah his wife Exrs that they be and appear before the Justices of
       Our County Court to be held at Divieding Creek the third tuesday of March Instant to Shew Cause (if any they have) why
       the said former Judgm.t afd for the debt and Costs afd for the debts and Costs afd according to the form of the recovery afd if h against them the said
       John Gunby and and Sarah his wife Ought not to have if to them it shall seem meet and how you shall Execute this
       Writt that you make Known unto the Justices of Our Said Court at the day and Place afd and have you there this writt ^witness^
       Charles Ballard Gent Chiefe Judge of our said Court this twelfth day of March and in the Seventh Year of Our Dom
