This Being an action of trespass upon the Case &.c wherein the writt in the same action has directed
the Sherr of Sommersett County was directed Comes and makes return thereof Endorst viz.t
                                                                                                                              Cepi Joseph MccChester sherr
                         Whereupon the said Sherr of Sommersett County altho' solemnly Called Brings not in the Body
       of the said John Fleetwood according to the return of the writt in the Plea afd   Whereupon the said sherr Prays
       day untill next Court to bring in the Body of the said John Fleetwood which is granted him &.c    Att which said
       next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of June Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty three
       Comes the said sherr and Brings in the said John Fleetwood to answer the Plea afd thereupon the said
       John Fleetwood at the Prayer of the Plft.s attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd
       thereupon a Certain George Dashiell of Sommersett County Gent Present herein Court undertakes for the
       said John Fleetwood that in Case the said the said Robert Martin shall recover Judgm.t in the Plea afd against
       the said John Fleetwood or that the said John Fleetwood shall be therein Convict that then he the said John
       Fleetwood shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his Body to the Custody of the Sherr: of
       Sommersett County in satisfaction thereof or that he the said George Dashiels will do it for him thereupon the
       said John Fleetwood by George Dashiel his attorney appears and Imparles &.c

Command was given to the Sherr of Sommersett County that he should take
Philip Taylor of Coventry Parish in the County of Sommersett Carpenter al.s
dicte Philip Taylor of Sommersett County in the Provin of Maryland if he
should be found in his Baliwick and him should Safe Keep so that you have he
might have his Body Before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Sommersett
to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of June then next to
                Answer unto William Whittington Southy Whittington Esther Skirvin and Hannah Whittington Ex.rs
       of ye last will and testament of William Whittington lately decd Executor of the last will and testament of
       Stevens White Gent dec.d of a plea that he render unto them ^five^ ten Barrells of goods sound merchantable Pork
       with Pickle and Every way well qualified and four pounds Curr.t silver mony of maryland which from them
       He unjustly detains &.c and that thereof he should not faile &.c
                                                    And whereupon the said Plfts by Francis Allen ^their attry^ says that whereas the said Philip the
       twenty fifth day of July Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and sixteen at the Parish and County afd within
       the Jurisdiction of this Court by his Certain Writeing Obligatory which the said Plft with the seall of the said Philip
       signed here into Court Bring ye date whereof is the same day and year did acknowledge himselfe to be Bound unto
       the said Stevens in his Life time in the afd two Barrells of Pork and four pounds Curr.t silver mony to be paid
       unto the said Stevens when he should be thereunto required yett the said Philip altho' often required the same
       to the said Stevens in his Life time or to the afd William Whittington Esq.r in his Lifetime or to the said Plft or
       any of them after the decase of the said Stevens and William have not rendered but the same to them to render hath
       denyed and unjustly detaine to the retarding them in the Last wills and testaments afd whereupon they say
       they are the worse and have damage to the value of five pounds money afd and thereupon they Bring Suite
