        afd to the sum of three pounds Eighteen shillings and One Peny and Costs of Suite against him which the Said Plft does
        not Gainsay &.c              Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the Eighteenth day of June Ann Dom One thousand
        Seven hundred and twenty three afd that the said Betty Gale recover against the said Nathannell Horsey as well
        the sum of three pounds Eighteen Shillings and One penny Certaine damages afd in form afd Confesed as also the sum
        248   of two hundred and Seventy two                           pounds of tob.o by the Court here adjudged unto her for her Costs &
        Charges by her about her Suite in this Behalfe Laid Out and Expended and the defend.t in mercy &.c

 Command was given to the Sherr of Sommersett County that he should take Robert Pitts of Somrst
Sommersett County and Province of maryland alias dictus Robert Pitts of the County of Somrsett
and Province of Maryland Cooper if he shall ^should^ be found in yhis Baliwick and him should
                      Safe Keep so that he might have his Body Before the Justices of his Lordships County Court ^of Sommersett^ to be held at dividing
       Creek the third tuesday of June then next to answer unto Thomas Dashiell of a plea of trespassing on the Case that he
       render unto him the full and Just Sum of One thousand four hundred and forty six pounds of tobacco which to him
       he Ows and from him he unjustly detains &.c   And that thereof he Should not faile &.c
                               And whereupon the said Thomas p George Dashiel his attorney Complains that whereas the Said Rob.t
       the twenty second day of february Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty at the parish and Coty
       afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court was Indebted unto the said Thomas the full and Just sum of One thousand four ^hundred &^
       forty and six pounds tobacco as p his Certaine Writting Obligatory which the said Thomas With the seall of the said
       Robert herein Court doth Bring dated the day and year afd acknowledged himselfe to be Indebted as afd Nevertheless
       the said Robert the afd sum of One thousand four hundred and forty six pounds of tobacco according to the tenour
       of his said Writting unto the said Thomas he hath not rendered but the same to render hath denied and still
       doth deny to the damage of the said Thomas of two thousand Eight hundred and thirty two pounds of tobo and thereupon
       he Brings Suite      Dashiell p Quet Pledges &.c Jn.o Doe Rich.d Roe
                      Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the Eighteenth day of the same month Ann Dom One thousand
       seven hundred and twenty three Being the day of the return of the said Writt Comes the said Thomas Dashiell by
       his attorney afd and the sherr of Sommersett County to whom the foregoeing Writt was directed Likewise Comes and makes
       Return thereof to the Court here Endorst viz.t  Non Est Inventus P Jos: MccChester Sher
                            Whereupon the said Thomas Dashiell by his attorney afd Prays that for as much as he has Complyed
       with ye Law as alledged in Order to an attachm.t he may have Judgm.t against the said Robert Pitts for his debt
       afd by way of attachm.t according to act of assembly &.c Whereupon for that it seems to the Court here that the said
       Thomas Dashiell has Complyed with the Laws as alledged
                                                                                                                         Therefore it is Considered by the Justices
       here the Eighteenth day of June Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty the three afd that the said
       Robert Pit Thomas Dashiell recover against the said Robert Pitts as well the sum of One thousand four
       hundred and forty six pounds of tob.o his debt afd as all Costs and Damages by the said Plft Laid Out and
       Expended about his suite by way of attachm.t against ye goods Chattles or Creditts of the said Robert Pitts according
       to act of assembly in such Case made and Provided &.c
