49 Jonathan Raymond who being duely Elected tryed and sworn to say the truth in the Premises upon their Oath do say that the said Solomon Turpin is not guilty of the Premises as by the Presentm.t above is Imposed upon him &c Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the said Solomon Turpin be thereof quitt and discharged ^of and^ from the premises afd &c he giveing security for the severall Officers fees that accrued by action of the premises &c
Noble is Bound by the Court unto the Said Mad.m Mary Hampton her heirs and assignes untill he arrives unto the age of twenty one years the said William Noble Being six years Old the thirtieth day of November last. The said William Noble to serve the said Mary Hampton the full of time afd her heirs or assignes the full term of time afd in all such Lawfull Imployments and service as she the said Mary Hampton her heirs or assigns shall Imploy him in or about &c the said Mary Hampton to find the said W.m Noble Sufficient Meat drink weshing Lodging and Cloathing dureing his service afd mete for him the said Will.m Noble to have and wear &c
This recognizance is such that if the above Bound Mary Phagan do make her Personall appearance at the next County Court to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June there to stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court in what may be alleged against her by Capt Nathannell Horsey for the Maintainance of her Child in the time of her service then this recognizance to be void Otherwise to stand in full force Power and vertue this Recognizance taken by us two of his Lordships Justices &c W.m Whittington W.m Planner Now here at this day to witt the Ninteenth day of June Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty three Comes the said Mary Phagin and Prays that her appearance may be Entered to save her selfe and security from a Certain Recognizance of Bail Entered into for appearance here this day thereupon the said Mary Phagin's appearance is Entered ^to the same^ and she discharged there from &c
if your worships Pleases to send a Summons for them him and the two Children and if your worships will not lett me have the Children I hope your worships will make him Learn them to read and write and upon Petition as in duty Bound shall Ever pray Isabell Obryan (Thereupon) |
