       And naturally deliberated      It's thereupon Ordered by the Justices that Cap.t William fasitt agree with
Some woman to Nurs and Keep the Said Infant one year as by the pet.n afd is praid and for so doing she shall
be allowed at the Laying of ye County Levy next &.c

       John Scott of Sommersett County Gent Comes into Court (the Justices Judicially Sitting) and prays the approbation
       of the Court of what age a Certain Patrick Waters his Servant Boy might be on the said Patrick Waters
       being Imported into this County in the Ship Speedwell Cap.t Lanslott Speding Commander &.c
Whereupon the said Patrick Walters Likewise present here in Court is adjudged to be of the age of thirteen years


      Phenix Hall

      Pet.n to be Levy Free
To the worshipfull Justices of Sommersett County now in Court Sitting the petition of
Phenix Hall ageed about 80 years sheweth that your petitioners age and the want
of Health Renders him Encapable of Getting his Living and far Less paying of
       Taxes and there is noe Body Living with me but my Old wife but she haveing in some measure Better
       health is willing to Keep me of the Parish as Long as She Can and pray your Worships will Excuse your
       Petitioner from Paying Taxes and as in duty Bound shall pray                     Phenix Hall
                                    The Petition afd being read ^heard^ and full understood and mature deliberation thereupon had &.c
       It's Ordered by the Court that the Said Phenix Hall be for the future Levey Free as by the Petition afd is Paid
       &.c

       Upon the Pet.n of James Train for the Clearing of a road from Jenkins Moirris's hickory to James Trains
       Savannough and from thence to Rowartico Mill &.c It is Ordered by the Court that M.r John Handy and M.r
       George Dashiell Sen meett and Lay Out the Said Roads as may be most Convenient for the Inhabitants and others
       that have Octation to pass the Said Roads and of the Least Prejudice to the said Inhabitants and that James
       Traine be Overseer of the said roads and Likewise that the said John Handy and George Dashiell Limitt or appoint
       what Labours shall attend and assist the said James Train to Clear the Said road &.c

                   Whereas a Certain George Adams haveing turned the road by an Order of Court and forasmuch as the
                   Said Adams has not Complyed with the Said Order in Makeing the Said Road Passable for want of a Bridge
                   over ^amirery^ branch which road runs a Cross the said Branch &.c   It's Ordered by the Court that the Said George
                   Adams make a good and Substantiall Bridge Over the Said Branch on Penalty that shall fall thereof

                   Samuell Derixson appointed Overseer of the road to Clear a road in Baltemore hundred from about two
                   inches above Saint Martins Chapple to The Indian River  and that Cap.t W.m Fasitt and Cap.t John Smith
                   meett at a Certaine Place by them appointed and Order who and what Labourers shall attend and assist the said
                   Sam.ll Derixson in Clearing of the Said Road &.c

                             Peter Claywell Brings a negro Boy into Court ^called Harry^ and prays the Court that they would adjudge the said
                   Negro Boy what age he ^is^ might be on          The Court haveing viewed the said Boy do adjudge him to
                   be of the age of Eight Years &.c

                               Upon the Motion of Francis Allen to this Court to be admitted One of the Practioners thereof which
                      mocon is accordingly granted thereupon the said Francis Allen took the severall Oaths appointed and
                      and subscribed to the Oath of abjuration and test &.c
