Aprill Court
43 Upon the Mocon of Capt William Facitt and M.r John Smith two of his Lordships Justices of the ^Peace^ for Sommersett County to this Court for the rebuilding or repairing the Bridge over Saint Martins &c Its ordered by the Court that the said William Fasitt and John Smith appoint a time and meet at the same Bridge to view and Inspect the same and agree with some person or persons for the rebuilding and repairing the said Bridg or what they shall find wanting to the same and to make their report thereof at the next Court &c Ordered by the Court that Thomas Dashiell pay unto Robert Martin the Sum of One hundred and and Eighty pounds of tobacco beind due unto him for his attendance six days as Evidence for the said Thomas Dashiell against Philip Selby he haveing made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that Teague Riggin Pay unto Thomas Gray, Arthur Warwick and Sarah Donoho the sume of three hundred and sixty pounds of tobacco Each being due unto Each of them for their attandance twelve days Each or Evidences On Behalfe of the said Teague Riggin against John Fleming they haveing made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that Teague Riggin pay unto Darby Riggin the sum of two hundred and forty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance Eight days as Evidence on behalfe of the said Teague Riggin against John Fleming he haveing made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that Teague Riggin pay unto Caleb Harris the sum of one hundred and Eighty pds of tobacco for his attendance six days as Evidence on Behalfe of the said Teague Riggin against John Fleming he haveing made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that wescott Gray Pay unto Thomas Gray the sum of two hundred and ten pounds of tobo being due unto him for his attendance ^Eight days^ as Evidence for the said Wescott Gray against Isaac Attkinson he haveing made Oath to the same Ordered by the Court that John Fleming pay unto Samuel Turner the sum of three hundred and thirty pounds of tobo being due unto him for his attendance Eleven days as Evidence on behalfe of the said John Fleming against Teague Riggin he haveing made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that Andrew Thompson Pay unto Mitchell Downs the sum of two hundred and ten pounds of tobacco being due to him for his attendance seven days as Evidence on behalfe of the said Andrew Thompson against Mary Bolitho adm.x of W.m Bolitho he haveing made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that Thomas Drummond and Mary his wife adm.x of John Fleming pay unto Joseph Feddaman and verlindeth fedderman the sum of two hundred and seventy pounds of tobo Each being due unto them for their attendance Nine days Each as Evidence on Behalfe of the said Thomas Drummond and Mary his wife ^adm.x as afd^ at suite of Abraham Mason they haveing made oath to the same &c |
