44 Ordered by the Court that Abraham Masson Pay unto Joseph Feddeman and verlendeth feddeman the sume of two hundred and seventy pounds of tob.o ^Each^ Being due unto them for their attendance Nine days Each as Evidence on Behalfe of the said Abraham Masson against Thomas Drummond Ex and they haveing made oath to ye same Ordered by the Court that Abraham Masson pay unto Robert Mills the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco being due unto them ^him^ for their ^his^ attendance Eight days as Evidence on Behalfe of the said Abraham Masson against Thomas Drummond he haveing made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that Thomas Drummond and Mary his wife Pay unto Robert Mills the Sum of two hundred and forty pounds of tob.o being due unto him for his attendance Eight days as Evidence on Behalfe of the said Tho.s Drummond Etuxor against John Dennis Jun he having made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that Thomas Brereton and Mary his wife pay unto William Hayman the sum of two hundred and seventy pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance Nine days as Evidance on Behalfe of the said Tho.s Brereton Etuxor against William Brereton he having made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that Thomas Drummond and Mary his wife pay unto George Tull the sum of three hundred and sixty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance twelve days as Evidence on Behalfe of said Thomas Drummond Etuxor against John Dennis Jun he having made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that Abraham Masson Pay unto John Pearson and Patience Pearson the sum of two hundred and ten pounds of tobacco being due unto them for their attendance seven days Each as Evidence on behalfe of the said Abraham Masson against Thomas Drummond they haveing made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that Abraham Masson Pay unto Luke Wattson the sum of One hundred and Eighty pounds of tob.o being due unto him for his attendance six days as Evidence for the said Abraham Masson at suite of Tho.s Drummond Etuxor adm.r of John Griffith dec.d he having made Oath to the same &c Ordered by the Court that John Dennis Jun Pay unto John Webb and Ann Mary Townsend the sum of thirty pounds of tobo Each for their attendance One day Each as evidence on Behalfe of the said John Dennis at suite of Thomas Drummond and Mary his wife they haveing made Oath to the same &c
