    thereof here ready in Court to be Produced may appear and so thereof being Indebted the afd George afterwards
    to witt the same thirtieth day of November in the year afd at ye County afd and within the Jurisdiction
    afd in Consideration thereof upon himselfe did assume and unto the afd robert then and there faithfully did
    Promise that he the afd George the same twenty four pounds six shillings and one halfe penny and seven
    hundred and seventy pounds of tobacco unto the said robert when thereof afterwards he should be required
    well and faithfully would pay and Content and altho' the afd George One pound sixteen shillings Pcell
    of the afd Twenty four pounds six shillings and one halfe Penny to the said Robert hath paid and satisfyed
    yett as to twenty two pounds ten shillings and one halfe Penny and seven hundred and seventy pounds of tobo
    residue of the afd twenty four pounds six shillings and one halfe Penny and seven hundred and seventy
    Pounds of tob.o the said George his Promise and assumption afd made Little regarding but
    and fraudulently Intending the said Robert in this Part Craftelly and subtilly to deceive and defend
    the afd twenty two pounds ten shillings an done halfe Penny or any part thereof unto the said robert hath
    not paid or in any sort Contented altho' to doe the same the afd George afterwards to witt the first day of
    December in the year of Our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and twenty two and often afterwards at
    the County afd within the Jurisdiction afd by the afd rob.t he was required but that unto him to pay or in any sort
    to Content altogether hath refused and still doth refuse to the damage of the said Robert of forty five
