    March Court                   1724                   272
    Just sum of Sixty nine pounds nine Shillings and four pence to be paid unto the said Marg Todd
    and the other Lawfull heirs of the said Andrew Todd their heirs Executors administrators or assigns
to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind Our selves Our and Either of Our
heirs Executors and administrators for the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents sealled
with our Seal and dated this 17thseventh day of March ann Dom 1724

          The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that if the above Bound Robert Nearn Sen
do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Margarett Todd and the other Lawfull
heirs of the said Andrew Todd dec.d their heirs Executors administrators or assignes the full and Just
Sum of thirty One pounds four Shillings and Eight pence being the Just Ballance due to them from
the said Andrew Todd's Estate according to act of assembly   then the above Obligation to be void and

to Polks Orphans
 Sommersett County fs  Know all men by these present that We John Laws
John Jones and William Turpin all of Somersett County in the province of Maryland
                      are holden and firmly Bound unto Magdalen, Charles, Elizabeth, Priscilla, Ann, Mary,
       Joseph and Ephraim Polk's Orphans of Ephraim Polke dec.d in the full and Just Sum of two hundred
       and fifty four pounds sixteen shillings to be paid unto the said Orphans their heirs Executors admrs
       or assigns to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind Our selves Our and Either
       of Our heirs Executors and adm.rs Joyntly and Severally in and for the whole firmly by these presents
       sealed with Our Seals and dated the 16.th day of march ann Dom 1724
                            The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above Bound John Laws his
       heirs Executors or adm.rs do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said Magdalene, Charles
       Eliz.a Priscilla, Ann, Mary, Joseph and Ephraim Polk's Orphans afd their heirs Executors adm.rs
       or assignes the full and Just Sum of One hundred twenty two pounds Eight Shillings being the Just
       ballance due to them from their said father's Estate when they shall attain to full age according to act of
       Assembly then the above Obligation to be void Otherwise to remain in full force & vertue

          Owes and from him he unjustly detaines &c    And where upon the same Levin Gale saith that whereas
