Due By Occation of the Premisses      Whereupon a Certain George Dashiell of Somersett County Gentlm
Preasent here in Court undertakes for the said John Crawford to pay all the fees Due by Occation of the Premisses
afd &c

    Thomas Cary appears according to his Recognizance Entered into for his appearance this Court to give
    Evidence on behalfe of the said Lord proprietary against Mary Hobs wife of Joy Hobbs & is discharged &c

    Mary Mathews, Jos: Thompson, Eleanor Ervin & Mary Ervin appears according to their Recognizance
    Entered into ^for their appearance^ this Court to give Evidence on behalfe of the Lord proprietary against a Certain Mary Cook
    and are discharged there from &c

Patrick Burn
Whereas Complaint is this day made in Court the Justices in Court Judicially
sitting by Maj.r William Planner one of the Lord proprietarys Justices
of the Peace for Somersett County that a Certain Patrick Burn had abused him
       and says that he was not fitt to be a justice (Meaning him the said William Planner) of the peace and
that he had given a false Judgm.t and that he would not stand to a Judgm.t he was to give &c

          Whereupon its ordered by the Court that the Sherr of Somersett County bring the afd Patrick
Burn into Court Immediately to answer the Complaint afd soon after the said Sherr Returns and Brings
into Court the said Patrick Burn to answer &c as before he was Commanded

                Whereupon it is demanded of the said Patrick Burn by the Court what he had to say in
his Own defence and how he would acquitt himselfe of the premisses says nothing that was Materiall
in relation to the acquitting himselfe of the premisses abovesaid   And further the said Majr Will.m
Planner by the Oath of a Certain Thomas Dixon declared in Open Court proved the afd words so as
afd spoken by the said Patrick Burn in derogation of his honour & Creditt &c

          The premisses afd being Considered and by the Court fully understood and Mature deliberation
thereupon had   Wherefore it is Ordered by the Court that the said Patrick Burn be fined to the
Lord proprietary the sum of Eight hundred pounds of tobo for the use of the free school thereupon
the said Pat Burn is Committed into the Custody of the Sher of Somersett County untill he pays the fine afd
and all the Officers Fees due by occation of the premisses afd &c

             It is Likewise ordered by the Court that the said Pat Burn give Recognizance with two
securitys for his good behaviour & appearance at Next Court      Thereupon the said Pat Burn
acknowledged himselfe to owe and stand Justly Indebted unto the Right honourable the Lord proprietary
his heirs and successors in the sum of ten pounds sterr to be Levied on his Lands & tenements
goods and Chattells for the use of the said Lord proprietary   In Case he doth not make his personall
appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing
