        which trouble would be Extraordinary         Now so it is of your worships would please to
        grant an order to turn or alter the same Road your petitioner will undertake to make it more
        Straighter or Nearer to Coll Elzeys and as good as the said Road that now is and in duty bound     
        your Petitioner will Ever pray for your Worships               W.m MccClammy
                     The petition afd being read and heard and the premisses Considered   Wherefore it is ordered
        by the Court that the said William MccClammy have Liberty to turn the Road he first Makeing the
        New Road that's by him to be made as good and as Neare to Coll Elzeys afd as the old road at
        his Own Proper Costs and Charges &c

        Levin Gale of Somersett County Gentl having Obtained his Lordships Commission as Ranger in Sommersett
        County for waifes strays, and deodands is approved of tooke the oaths appointed & to the
        Government and subscribed the oath of abjuration and test &c

       David Willson being appointed Deputy Commisary under Capt John Tunstall deputy Commisary
       for Somersett County is approved of thereupon the said David Willson took the oaths appointed
       to the Government & Subscribed the oath of abjuration & test &c

Guardians of W.m & Levin Powell
Somersett fs:    To the worshipfull Justices of Somersett County in Court
sitting     the Petition of Marg.tt Holland humbly sheweth to your worships
                                           that whereas your Petitioners ^brother^ William Powell dec.d Left two Children behind
       him the one Named William Powell and the other Levin Powell and since the death of my
       said Brother a Certain Samuel Brittingham of the Coloney of Vergenia Intermarried with the
       widdow of my said Brother and since the Inter Marriage between them with my said Brothers widdow
       she is dead &c          Now so it is in pleas your Worships the Said Samuel Brittingham and a Certain
       John Powell doth Keep the said William and Levin Powell Orphans of my said Brother
       and doth not afford them a maintainance according to the Estate that their said father Left them
       but Keeps them Naked and bare and out of this province   whereas in truth the said orphans
       Ly's proper^ly^ under your worships Care   the premises Considered I humbly pray your
       your worships to order the said Brittingham and Powell to have the Children at March Court
       next to answer what shall be objected against them on behalfe of the Said Orphans
                                                          and in duty bound your petitioner will Ever pray for your Worships
                the petition afd being read and heard and the premisses Considered   It's thereupon ordered
       by the Court that the sherr of Somersett County Summons the said Samuel Brittingham and John Powell     
       so that they be ^and appear^ at march Court Next to be held for the County of Somersett and also that they have
       there with them the said WIlliam and Levin Powell orphans afd ^to^ answer &c
