    Issue to Edward, Round, James Round, William Simpson; and Ephraim Heather to Examine Evidences
    in Relation to the Boundarys of the Land afd belonging to the petitioner afd &c


Solomon Cammell
  bound to Edmond Crapper
 Solomon Cammell an Orphan boy is bound by the Court unto Edmond Crapper untill
he arrives to the age of twenty one years he being fourteen years of age the first day
                                           of may next the said Solomon Cammell to serve the said Edmond Crapper the full term of
time afd   In consideration of which servitude the said Edmond Crapper is to Learn the Said Solomon Cammell
the trade of a Shomaker dureing the time of his service and to find him with all Necessarys that is ^to say^ Meat drinck washing
Lodging and Cloathing doe fitting for him the same Solomon Cammell to have & wear
          Whereupon Its ordered that the said Edmond Crapper give security to perform the Covenants afd
Thereupon the said Edmond Crapper together with William Waltom his security both present in Court
acknowledged themselves to owe & stand Justly Indebted unto the said Solomon Cammell and his heirs in the
full & Just Sum of tenn pounds Sterr Each to be Levied on their Bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenement
tenements for the use of the said Solomon Cammell;  In Case the said Edmond Crapper doe not Comply with
the Covenants abovesaid &c

      To the worshipfull Justices of Somersett County in Court Sitting     the petition
of John Hudson Jun.r
                                                                               Whereas your Petitioner haveing two tracts of
       Land Lying in Somersett County on the sea board side the one Called Saint Lawrence's Neck and the
other ^adjacent thereto^ Called Deal your Petitioner prays your worships to appoint Commissioners according to act of
Assembly to perpetuate the bounds of the afd two tracts of Land and as in duty bound shall Ever pray

       The Pesetion afd being read and heard      It's therefore ordered ^by the Court^ that the aforesaid John Hudson
have ^a^ Commission to Examine Evidences to Perpetuate the Bounds of his Land afd   and that Edward
Rounds, James Rounds, William Selby, and John Scarbrough of Somersett County Gentleman be Commissioners
to Execute ye same Commission according to Law &c

       James Tillett of Somersett County milwright bring a negro Boy into Court ^Called Ipswich^ and prays the Court
Judgm.t of the Court Concer^n^ing the said Negro boys age   whereupon the Court are of opinion that the said
Negro boy Called Ipswitch is of the age of fourteen years &c

     To the worshipfull Justices of Somersett County now in Court Sitting the petition of
William MccClamey most humbly Sheweth     that Whereas the road that Leads from
          the head of Goose Creek to Coll.n Arnold Elzey's goes through my Land (that is) soe neer my Cultivated
          ground that I Cannot Extend noe further into the woods with out makeing of Lanes Barrs or gates
