    Whereas a Certain Thomas Dasheil of Somersett County being Obliged by an act of Assembly of
    this province to Return a Certain Bridgett Lowder, a Servant Crimanall to this Court to reemburst
    to Somersett County three hundred & sixteen pounds of tobo which the said County or the Inhabitants ^thereof^
    was Oblidge to pay for officers fees according to the said act Now hereat this sixteenth day of
    March one thousand seven hundred & twenty four Comes the Said Thomas Dashiell brings with him
the said Bridgett Lowder into Court and Offers her up as the Same act doth require
    Afterwards the said Thomas Dashiell undertakes for the said Bridgett Lowder to pay unto ^the use of^ Somersett
County the Sum of three hundred and sixteen pounds of tob.o   In consideration thereof the Said
Bridgett Lowder freely Lalinquisheth here in Court all her Right & title that she hath to three Barr.ls
of Indian Corn Cap & wesecoat &c that was due to her by Law from the said Thomas Dashiell for freedome
dues &c

W.m Waltom & Edmon Crapper
Pet.n for Commission to Ex.a Evidences
     To the Worshipfull Court now Sitting March 16.th ann Dom
1724 the Petition of William Waltom & Edmond Crapper humbly
              sheweth that your petitioners have three tracts of Land to witt William Waltom a tract Called
    Neighbourhood and Edmond Crapper a tract Called wellbeck and a Nother Called Tomkins Meadow
    all Contiguous together Lying in Synapuckson the bounders or Marked trees are some of them
    falled and Rotten &c        We therefore prays your Worships to appoint Commissioners to Examine  
    Evidence according to Law in that Case provided for the perpetuating the afd Boundarys and wee
    shall as in duty bound Ever pray                              W.m Waltom, Edmond Crapper

             The petition afd being read & heard and the premisses Considered   Its Ordered by the Court
    that Commission Issue to the said W.m Waltom and Edmond Crapper to Examine Evidences in relation
    to the Boundary's of the Land afd   and that Robert Martin, John Miller, Richard Huttson
    & Ephraim Heather are appointed Comissioners to act in the premisses &c

      Case made & provided and your petitioner as in duty Bound shall Ever pray
           The petition afd being read & heard & the premisses COnsidered         It's Ordered [illegible] Commission
