(26) Attached be Condemned in the hands of the said John Anderson as of the rights and Credits of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accruing upon the writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof against ye said Anderson according to act of assembly Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said Patrick Sum of three shillings and ^six Pence^ so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said James Goslin as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accruing upon the writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof against the said James Goslin according to act of according Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said sum of Ten shillings so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said Sarah Price as ^of^ the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying of unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd and as also the Costs upon the writt of attachmt afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof against the said Sarah Price according according to act of assembly Whereupon the said John Hitch, Mary Caldwell Charles Ballard and Henry Ballard Garnishees as afd appears by George Dashiel their attorney and Imparls till next Cort
hunting Curr dogg of him the said John then and there Being by him the said John then and there Kept for the defence of his house and Cornfield with a gun Loaded with Powder and Shott which the said Teague then and there in his hands held and discharged did shoot and Kill and Other harms to ye said John then and there did to the great damage of the said John and against the Peace &c And whereupon the said John by Francis Allen his attorney Complains that ye said Teague the fifth day of september Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty two with force and arms &.c the Close of him the said John at Parrahawkin in the County and Parish afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court he did break and Enter and one hunting Cur dogg of him the said John then and there being by him the said said John then and there Kept for the defence of his house and Cornfield with a gunn Loaded with Powder and Shott which he the said Teague then and there in his hands held and discharged did Shoot and Kill and Other harm to the said John then and there did to the great damage of the said John and against the Peace of the right honourable ^the Lord Proprietary^ of this Province his good rule and Govermt whereupon the said John saith he is worse and hath damage of twenty pounds Currt mony of (Maryland) |
