as also the Costs accrueing upon the Writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution
thereof according to act of assembly against the said Naomie Shiles
       Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said sum of five
shillings so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said Thomas Horne as of the rights and Credits of the
said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also
the Costs that accrueing upon the writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution
thereof against the said Thomas Horne according to act of assembly
       Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said sum of two shil
so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said Christopher Nutter as of the rights and Credits of the
said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd
as also the Costs accrueing upon the writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his
Execution thereof against thereof the said Christopher Nutter according to act of assembly
       Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said sum of
two shillings and Eight Pence so as afd attached be ^not^ Condemned in the hands of the said Timothy Roads
as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto the said Patrick
Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accrueing upon the writt of attachm.t afd and that the said
Patrick Simpson have ^noe^ his Execution thereof against the said Timothy Roads according to act of assembly
^but that the said Timothy Roads be thereof Discharged &c^
                   Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said
sum of four shillings and two pence so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said Thomas
Brewerton as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto the
said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accrueing upon the writt of attachmt
afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution ag the thereof against the said Thomas Brewerton
according to act of assembly                                                   Therefore it is Considered by the
Justices here the same day and year afd that the said sum of four shillings so as afd attached be Condemned
in the hands of Oliver Such as the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards
satisfying unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accrueing upon the writt
writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof ^against the said Oliver Such^ according to act of
assembly                                                   Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day
and year afd that the said sum of Ten shillings so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said
Thomas Caldwell as the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto
the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accrueing upon the writt of attachmt afd
and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof against the said Thomas Caldwell
according to act of assembly                                 Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that
the same day and year afd that the said sum of one pound five shillings so as afd attached be Condemned
in the hands of the said James Smith as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards
satisfying unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accrueing upon the
writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof against the
said James Smith according to act of assembly                                 Therefore it is Considered
by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said sum of one Shilling so as afd
