       the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accrueing upon the writt of attachm.t afd
And that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof against the said James Driskill according
to act of assembly                  Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year
Afd that the said sum of two shillings and Eight Pence so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands
of the said John Davis as of the rights and Creditt of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying
unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accrueing upon the writt of
attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof against the said John
Davis according to act of assembly               Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same
day and year afd that the said sum of six shillings and nine Pence so as afd attached be Condemned
in the hands of the said William Hitch as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth
towards satisfying unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accrueing
upon the writt of attachment afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof
against the said William Hitch according to act of assembly
          Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said sum
of ten shillings and three pence so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said John Brady
as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto the said
Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd and al as also the Costs accrueing upon the writt of
attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have thereof his Execution against the said
John Brady according to act of assembly                                                         Therefore it is Considered
by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said sum of one pound one shilling and
six pence so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said Ales Shiles as of the rights and Creditts
of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs
afd as also the Costs accrueing upon the one writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson
have thereof his Execution against the said Ales Shiles according to act of assembly
       Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said sum of one
Pound and three pence so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said George Goddard as of
the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto the said Patrick
Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accrueing upon the writt of attachm.t afd and that the
said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof against the said George Goddard according to
act of assembly                                                                  Therefore it is Considered by the
Justices hee the same day and year afd that the said sum of seventeen shillings so as afd attached
Released of be Condemned in the hands of the said Charles Young as of the rights and Creditts of the said
Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying of unto ^the said^ Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the
Costs accrueing upon the writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execut.n
thereof against the said Charles Young according to act of assembly
                                                                                                             Therefore it is Considered
by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said sum of Nineteen shillings so as afd
attached be Condemned in the hands of the said Naomi Shiles as of the rights and Credits of the said
Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying of unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd
