                            And the said Somersett Dickenson by Francis Allen his attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury
                            when &c and prays leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he hath it and the Same day
                            is given to the plantiffe also
                                                                                         Att which said next Court to witt the Seventeenth day of November
                            ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty four Came againe as well the afd as the plft
                            as the said deft by their attorneys afd and the said deft says that he Cannot gainsay the plft his
                            action afd so as afd against him brought nor Can he say but that the said plft Ought to recover his
                            damages by occasion of the premisses to three pounds three shillings and Nine pence halfe penny
                            Curr.t money and Costs of Suite against him which ye Said plft doth not gainsay &c
                                           Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year Last mentioned
                            that ye afd Jeffr'y Flower Recover against the afd Somersett Dickenson as well the Sume
                            of three pounds three shillings and Nine pence halfe penny Curr.t money his Damages afd in form

                            tobacco by the Court here adjudged unto him for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suite
                            in this behalfe Laid out and Expended & ye Defendt In Mercy &c
