       Simpson have his Execution thereof against the said William Moor according to act of assembly &c
mem.d the Garnishee William Moor voluntarily takes his oath that he hath noe more of the Effects of the
deft in his hands then what he has Confesed
                   Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said Sum: of Eight
       shillings and six pence Part of the sum: so attached and Confesed be Condemned in the hands of the said
       Dudley Beak as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto the
       said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also al Costs accrueing upon the writt of attachment afd
       and that ye said Patrick Simpson ^have^ his his Execution against the said Dudley Beak according to act of
       assembly      Mem.d the Garnishee Dudly Beak voluntarily takes his Oath that he hath noe more
       of the Effects of the Defts in his hands then what he has Confesed what he has Confesed
                            Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd that the said sum
       of seventeen shillings and nine Pence so as afd attached and Confesed be Condemned in the hands of
       the said Moses Driskill as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying
       unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also all Costs upon the ^writt of^ attachm.t afd and
       that thereof the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution against the said Moses Driskill according
       to act of assembly
                                                       Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd
       that the said goods to the value of forty four pounds seven shillings and ten pence so as afd attached
       in the hands of Maj.r Charles Ballard be Condemned as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Blodworth
       towards satisfying unto the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Cost afd as also all Costs accrueing
       upon the writt of attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have thereof his Execution according
       to act of assembly                              Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and
       year afd that the said goods to the value of four pounds Eight shillings so as afd attached in the hands
       of Naomi Shiles be Condemned as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards
       satisfying unto the said Patrick ^Simpson^ his debt and Costs afd as also all Costs accrueing upon the writt of
       attachm.t afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have thereof his Execution according to act of assembly
                                                                   Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and
       year afd that the said sum of twelve shillings so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said
       Purnal Johnson as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto
       the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as also the Costs accrueing upon the writt of attachm.t afd
       and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof against the said Purnall Johnson according
       to act of assembly                           Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and
       year afd that the said sume of five shillings so afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said Ebenezer
       Cottman as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying of the unto
       the said Patrick Simpson his debt and Costs afd as all ^also^ the Costs accrueing upon the writt of attachmt
       afd and that the said Patrick Simpson have his Execution thereof against the said Ebenezer Cottman
       according to act of assembly                     Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day &
       year afd that the said sum of two shillings so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said
       James Driskill as of the rights and Creditts of the said Timothy Bloodworth towards satisfying unto
