Detain &c to the retarding her in the Execution of the Last will and Testament afd whereof
the said Margarett Lady Baltemore sais she is the worse and hath dammage to the Value
of fifteen hundred Pounds of Tobacco and thereof she Brings this Suit &c       And the
said Margarett Brings into Court the Letters Testamentary afd of the afd Lord Baron of
Baltemore the Testator by which it plainly appears to the Court here her the said Margarett
to be the Exrx of the Testament of the said Lord Baron of Baltemore &c    the testator thereupon
to have Administration &c                               L: Gale P Quer: pledges &c John doe Richd roe
And the said Abigail Stevens Exrx as afd By George Dashiell her attorney Comes and
Defends the Force and Injury when &c and pray Leve to Imparle hereunto untill the next
Court and she hath it and the same day if Given to the Plft also at which said Next Court
to witt the sixteenth day of June Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty four Came
againe as well the said plft as the said defend.t by their attorneys afd and the said deft by her said
attorney prays further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court and he hath it and the
same day is given to the plft also  
                                                                 Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth
day of August anno: Dom: One thousand seven hundred and twenty four Came again as well the
said Plft as the said Deft by their attorneys afd and the said Deft by her said attorney afd
as before ^and^ Defends the force and Injury when and &c  And saith that the afd Margarett
in her Capacity afd her action afd to have Ought not Because she saith that by a Certain
Act of Assembly of this Province made at a sessions of Assembly Begun and held at the
City of Annapolis the twenty sixth day of Aprill Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred
and fifteen it stands Enacted amongst Other things that all Other Actions Brought on
Bill Bond &c shall Be Com^m^enced within the term of twelve years from the day of the date of
the said Obligation  And whereas the said Margarett hath Commenced this suite on a Bond
Dated the third day of Aprill one thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Eight so that Noe Actions
Being Commenced within the Term of Twelve years afd Being the time Limited by the said Act
for actions to be brought on Obligations which she are in her Capacity is ready to Verifie
wherefore the said Deft Prays Judgm.t if the Plft her action against her to have
Ought &c                                                                Dashiell P Deft

       Whereupon the action afd between the party's afd is Continued by the Court at the prayer of the
plft by her attorney afd untill the Next Court and the same day is given to the p deft also
             Att which said next Court to witt the seventeenth day of Novem Ann Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and twenty four Comes again the Said deft by her attorney afd; whereupon the afd deft
Prays ^that^ the afd Plft to her plea afd may Answer &c But the said Plft altho; Sollemnly
