    One thousand seven hundred and twenty three Come againe as well the said plft as the said deft by
    their attorneys afd and the said deft by her said attorney prays further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill
    the Next Court and she hath it & the same day is given to the plft also
             Att which said next Court to witt the seventeenth day of March ann Dom One thousand seven hundred
and twenty three Come again as well the said plft as the said defend.t by their attorneys afd and the
said deft by her said attorney prays further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court and she hath
it and the same day is given to the plft also
                Att which said next Court Cam to witt the sixteenth day of June ann Dom One thousand seven hundred
and twenty four Come againe as well the said plft as the said deft by their attorneys afd and the said deft by her
said attorney as before defends the force and Injury when &c and as to the first and second promisses and
assumptions in the declaration afd above specified saith that she did not assume upon herselfe in manner &
form as the afd Nathaniel above against her hath Complained and of this he putts herselfe upon the Country &c

    thereupon at the prayer of the plfts attorney afd the action afd between the parties afd is Continued till next
Court               Att which said next Court Ca to witt the Eighteenth day of august ann Dom One thousand seven
hundred and twenty four Came againe as well the said Plft as the said deft by their attorneys afd and the
said plft by his said def attorney prays a further Continuance hereunto untill the Next Court and he hath it
and the same day is given to the deft also
          Att which said next Court to witt the seventeenth day of November ann Dom one thousand seven hundred
and twenty four Comes again the said deft by his attorney afd and the said plft altho' solemnly Called Comes not
nor is his writt & declaration afd against the same deft further prosecuted
                Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year Last Mentioned that the
said Nathaniel Horsey take Nothing by his writt & declaration afd but that he & his pledges of Prosecuting that is
John Doe & Richard Roe be in mercy and ^that^ the afd deft goe thereof without day &c     and also it is Considered
(351)   that the afd deft Recover against the afd Plft the sume of three hundred & fifty one
pounds of tobacco by discretion of the Justices here at the request for her Costs and Charges in that part Expended
according to the form of the statute in such Case thereof Lately made and provided and that the same deft have
thereof her Execution &c

parish in ye County afd planter was attached to answer unto John
Williamson of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c     And whereupon
                   the same John by William Tazewell his attorney Complaines that Whereas the afd Mathews the tenth
    day of may ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty two at Coventry parish afd in the
    County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court was Indebted unto the afd John in forty Bushells of Corn
