Hudson is ordered to give New Recognizance with one security for his appearance at Next Cour
Court to answer &c      Whereupon the said William Hudson together with John Gillett his security
present in Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the right honrble
the Lord proprietary in the sum of twenty pounds Sterr: Each to be Levied on their bodys goods
or Chattels Lands or tenements for the use of the said Lord proprietary      In Case the said Will.m
Hudson doe not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court to
be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of March next to answer unto his said Lordship Concerning
all Such Matters and things as shall be then and there objected against him or his Lordships
behalfe and to stand & abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon & not to depart ye same Court
without Lycence thereof &c

from Recognizance
Richard Driskill appears according to his Recognizance Entered
into for makeing a breach of his Lordships Peace and prays that his
appearance may be recorded to save himselfe and security from the said
             Recognizance of Bail Entered into as afd   thereupon the Said Richard Driskills appearance
is Recorded & he accordingly discharged therefrom &c  Whereupon the said Richard Driskill
is ordered to give security for ^paymt of^ fees due by occasion of the premisses &c thereupon a Certain Moses
Driskill present in Court undertakes to pay the severall officers their fees due by means of ye
premisses afd &c

George Scott ^and James Dashiell Jun^ appears to his Recognizance to give Evidence against James Feillett Jun and is
accordingly discharged &c

This being an action of trespass upon the Case &c Wherein the Sher of
      Somersett County to whom the Writt in the same action was directed Comes
and makes return thereof to the Court here Endorst vizt Cepi Corpus Jos: MccClester Sher
                Whereupon the said Thomas Vallins being Called appears and thereupon the said
Thomas Vallins at the prayer of the plfts attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action
afd   thereupon a Certain Patrick Daley of Somersett County D Labourer present here in Court undertakes
for the said Thomas Vallins that in Case the Said Bryan Sull shall recover Judgm.t in the
plea afd against the said Thomas Vallins or that the said Thomas Vallins shall be therein Convict
that then he the said Thomas Vallins shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render
his body to ye Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County in Satisfaction thereof or that he the said
