229 (268) of Two hundred & sixty Eight pounds of tobacco by the Court here adjudged unto him for his Costs and Charges by him about his suite in this Behalfe Laid out & Expended and ye defendant in mercy &c
John Roberts and Mary his wife in Case they be Nonsuited in the plea afd or otherwise Legally Cast that then they the said W.m Rogers and Mary his wife shall pay the Condemnation of the Court and all Costs accrewing thereon unto the said Thomas Dashiell or that he ye Said Thos Dashiell will do it for them &c September ye 22d ann Dom 1724 These are to Certifie to the worshipfull Court of Somersett County that pursuant to an Order of this Court for us the Subscribers to view the Road Round Samuell Fluellings Fence and also an other Road by John Goslins plantation according to which order we want one day to John Goslins and on view of the same ordered him to open the passage that the road might be Contained where it formerly was and an other Day we went to Jno Goslin Samuell Fluellins and on view of the road round his fence thought it to be Insufficient and ordered him to have the road opened to run where it used formerly to be Witness Jno MccClester, Jn.o Handy
Recovered by the said Christopher Nutter against you Richard Tiler in the County Court afd on the Ninteenth day of November the said sum to be Levied of your bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the said Christopher Nutter in Case the said Richard Tiler shall not pay and satisfie ^to^ the said Christopher Nutter ye said sum so as afd Recovered against him with the additional Costs therein the tenth day of November Next Witness Jno MccClester James Dashiell Somrsett Coty fs
