    August Court            1724                           228
       above said Orphans the sum of Seventy One thirteen shillings if therefore the said John Treharn his
       heirs Ex.rs & adm.rs do pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Orphans the said sum of seventy one pounds
       thirteen shillings to be paid to them when they shall attain to full years according to act of assembly
       and the Will of the said decd then the above Obligation to be void &c                   his marke

Thomas Robinsons Bound
to Morris' Orphans
 Somersett County fs:  Know all men by these presents that wee Thomas Robinson
John Purnell & John Smith of Somersett County in the province of Maryland
                   Gentl are holden & firmly Bound Naomi, Elizabeth and Sarah Morris Orphans of
    Joseph Morris dec.d in the fully & Just Sum of One hundred & twenty five pounds sixteen Shill.s
    and two pence to be paid unto the said Orphans their heirs Exrs adm.rs or assignes to the which paym.t
    well & truly to be made & done we bind us and Every of us Our & Every of Our heirs Exrs & admrs
    Joyntly & severally in and for the whole firmly by these presents sealed with our seall & dated the 24th
    day of September Ann Dom 1724

        The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commisary Gen.ll hath transmitted
    into this Court ye account of the Estate of Joseph Morris dec.d wherein it is found that there is
    Ballance due to ye abovesaid Orphans the sum of sixty two pounds Eighteen Shill.s & one penny
    if therefore the said Thomas Robinson his heirs Exrs & adm.rs do pay or Cause to be paid unto the
    said Orphans the said sum of sixty two pounds Eighteen shillings & One penny to be paid y.n
    when they shall attain to full years according to act of assembly then the above Obligation to be

Ann Deverix Bond
to Jno Deverix orphans
 Maryland fs  Know all men by these presents that Wee Ann Deverix
Samuel Deverix and William Hopkins and Cornelius Ennis all of Somersett
                County in ye Province afd are holden and firmly Bound unto John James Cornelius and Comfort
Deverix Orphans of John Deverix dec.d in the full & Just sum of two hundred & sixteen pounds
seventeen shillings and Eight pence Curr.t money to be paid unto the said John, James, Cornelius, and
Comfort Deverix their heirs Ex.rs admrs or assignes to the which paym.t well and truly to be made
and done we bind Our Selves, Our and Either of Our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole & in the whole

Joyntly & severally firmly by these presents sealed with out Seales & dated this 19.th day of Aug.t ann
Dom 1724
