             to
Mary Pryer
Maryland fs:  Know all men by these presents that We Jn.o White Alexander Hall & Michael
Roach all of Somersett County in the province afd Gentl: are holden & firmly Bound
unto Mary Pryer orphan of Samuell Pryer dec.d in the full & Just Sum of twenty five
Pounds seven shillings and four pence to be paid unto the said Mary Pryer her heirs Exrs admrs or assignes
to the which paym.t well and truely to be made & Done we bind Our Selves and Either of Our heirs Exrs
and adm.rs for the whole & in the whole Joyntly & severally firmly by these presents sealed with our sealls
& Dated this 19.th day of august ann Dom 1724
       The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that if the above Bound John White his heirs Exrs
or adm.rs do well & truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Mary Pryer her heirs Exrs or assignes
the full & Just Sum of twelve pounds thirteen shillings and Eight pence being the Just Ballance due
to her from her said fathers Estate When She shall attain to full age according to act of assembly then
the above Obligation to be void Otherwise to remain in full force & vertue &c             John White         (seal)

Ackworths Orphans
Maryland fs:  Know all men by these presents that wee William Piper Jn.o Hardy

and Joseph Wailes all of Somersett County in the province afd Gentl: are holden & firmly
                         Bound unto Samuel Ackworth & Alice Ackworth Orphans of Sarah Ackworth decd in the full
and Just Sume of fifty seven pounds fifteen shillings Curr.t money to be paid unto the said Samuell &
Alice Ackworth their heirs Exrs adm.rs or assignes to the which paym.t well & truly to be made & Done wee
bind Our Selves and Either of Our heirs Exrs and adm.rs for the whole & in the whole Joyntly & severally in
firmly by these presents sealed with our seals & dated this 18.th day of Augt ann Dom 1724

    The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above Bound William Piper his heirs Exrs
or adm.rs do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Orphans the sum of twenty Eight pds
seventeen shills and six pence due to them from their said fathers ^Mothers^ Estate when they shall attain to full age
according to act of assembly then the above obligation to be void Otherwise to remain in full force & vertue

John Treharn bond
to Roach's Orphans
Somersett County fs  Know all men by these presents that wee John Trehearn, Jn.o Williams and
James Trehearn all of Somersett County in the province of maryland Gentl: are holden & firmly Bound
unto Sarah, James, Catherine, Nathaniel and Daniell Roach in the full & Just Sum of One hundred
                and forty three pounds six shillings Curr.t money to be paid unto the said Orphans their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or
assigns to ye which paym.t well & truly to be made wee Bind us and Every of Us Our & Every of Our heirs Exrs &
adm.rs Joyntly & Severally in & for the whole firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seales & dated the 23d day
of September ann Dom 1724

        The Condition of the above Obligation is such that Whereas the Commisary Gent.l hath transmitted into
        this Court the amount of the Estate of Nathaniell Roach wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the
