       George Gurley appears according to his Recognizance Entered into the Last Court and thereupon
       he is discharged by Proclamation made in usuall forme &c 


Abraham Puckham
          Recognizance
 Abraham Puckham discharged from his Recognizance Entered
into for his appearance this Court    thereupon the said Abraham
                            Puckham is Ordered to give security for his appearance at next Court &c 
Whereupon  a Certain George Dashiel of Somersett County Gentl: Present here in Court
acknowledged himselfe to Owe & Stand Justly Indebted unto his Said Lordship the Lord
Proprietary his heirs and successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterr to be Levied on his
goods and Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary
In Case the ^said^ Abraham Puckham do unto not  make his personall appearance before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett the third tuesday of Novem Next to answer
unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary Concerning all Such Matters & things as shall ^be^ then &
there objected ag.t him on his Lordships Behalfe & to stand & abide ye Judgmt of the Court
thereupon & not to depart the same Court without Lycence thereof &c

William Stoughton Esq.r and is discharged therefrom &c

Ambross Riggin appears according  to his Recognizance Entered into before Joseph Gray
 Gent thereupon the said Ambross Riggin is discharged &c

 This being an action of Debt for twelve Barrells of Indian Corn &c  wherein the

writt in the same action ^to the sher of Somersett County^ was directed Comes and makes Return thereof Endorst viz.t

         Whereupon  the said David Price being Called appears and thereupon the said David Price
at the prayer of the plfts attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd thereupon
a Certain Jn.o Purnall of Somersett County Gentl: Present here in Court undertakes for the said
David Price that in Case the said William Andrews shall Recover Judgm.t in the plea afd ag.t
 the said David Price or that the said David Price shall be therein Convict that then he ye said
David Price shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or Render his Body to the Custody
of the sherr of Somersett County in satisfaction thereof or that he the said Jn.o Purnell will
do it for him &c                                 thereupon ye said David Price by Fran Allen his attorney
