222 stand Justly Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors in the sum of ten pounds sterr Each for to be Levied on their goods and Chattles Lands or tenements for the Use of his said Lordship in Case they do not make their Personall appearance before the Justices of our Com his said Lordships County Court of Somersett the third tuesday of Novem Next to give Evidence on behalfe of his said Lordship ag.t the said Peter Dickenson &c Isaiah Bredall appears to his Recognizance Entered into Last Court and at the prayer of the said Isaiah Bredall he is discharged by Proclamation in usuall form thereupon the said Isaiah Bredall is ordered to give security for paym.t of fees Thereupon he acknowledged himselfe to owe & stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in fifty pounds ster to be Levied &c In Case he doth not pay the severall officers their fees due by occasion of the premisses &c W.m Gray, Thomas Gray, Sarah Gray, George Chancellor, & James Stephen Bredall appears to their Reognizances Entered into Last Court (for their appearance this Court) thereupon they are discharged and Ordered to give security for paym.t of the severall Officers their fees due by Occasion of the Premisses afd thereupon a Certain Isaiah Bredall Present in Court undertakes for the said W.m Gray, Thomas Gray, Sarah Gray, George Chancellor, & James Stephen Bredall in fifty pounds Each to be Levied on his goods & Chattells Lands and tenements in Case he doth not pay the severall officers ^fees^ due to them by Occasion of the premisses afd &c Jn.o Holloway, Mary Holloway, Jno Holloway Jun Jos: Holloway, and Eliz.a Holloway apprs and are discharged by Proclation made in usuall form, &c Whereupon it Ordered by the Court that the said Jno Holloway pay give Security in fifty pounds sterr for the paymt of the severall officers their fees due by occasion of the premisses afd &c thereupon the said John Holloway acknowledged himselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in the Sum of fifty pounds sterling to be Levied on his Body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements in Case he doth not pay the severall officers their fees due by occasion of the premises afd &c William Miles appears according to his Recognizance Entered into Last Court and thereupon the Said William Miles is discharged by proclamation made in usuall form &c
might be sufficient to acquitt himselfe of the premisses afd &c thereupon the said Richard Tiler is fined to his Lordship the sume of two hundred pounds of tobacco for the fact afd thereupon the said Richard Tiler is Comitted into the Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County there to remain &c untill he pay the fine afd and ye severall officers their fees due by occasion of the premisses the said sherr present took Charge of ye said Richard Tiler accordingly &c |
