his Guardiant which is Granted &c    Thereupon the said Samuel Bratton undertakes to
Learn the said William Bratton Jun.r to Read and Write ^and^ the trade of a blacksmith
during the time that he should be under his Tuition and Likewise pay unto the
Said William Bratton Junr when he shall arrive of age Eleven pounds Eight Shill.s
and ten pence being his full part of or portion accrueing due to him from Eliz.a
Bishops Estate         Whereupon Its Ordered by the Court that the said Samuell
Bratton give security for the performance of the Covenants afd &c
Thereupon the said Samuell Bratton acknowledged himselfe to owe and stand Justly
Indebted unto the said William Bratton Jun.r in forty pounds sterr Likewise William
Bratton and Quenton Bratton his securitys present in Court in their propersons acknowledged
themselves to Owe & Stand Justly Indebted unto the said William Bratton Jun in the sume
of twenty pounds Sterr Each Joyntly & Severally to be Leavyed on their Bodys goods
and Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of the said William Bratton Junr In Case the
said Samuell Bratton do not LEarn the said William Bratton to read & write and the trade
of ^a^ blacksmith or weaver and ^pay &^ deliver unto ^him^ Eleven pounds Eight shillings & ten pence
when he shall arrive to full age &c

James Bratton Jun.r an Orphan is bound by the Court & his Consent to
Samuel Bratton untill he arrives to the age of twenty one years he
being                years of age
the said Samuel Bratton promiseth to Learn the said James Bratton Jun to Read & write
and trade of a Shomaker or Blacksmith during the time of his servitude afd and Likewise
to pay unto the said James Bratton Jun.r the sume of Eleven pounds Eight shillings
and ten pence being his full part or portion of his mothers Estate Elizabeth Bishops
Estate   Whereupon Its ordered by the Court that the said James Samuell Bratton give
security for performance of the Covenants aforesaid &c    Thereupon the said Samuell
Bratton present in Court acknowledged himselfe to owe & stand Justly Indebted
unto the said James Bratton Jun.r in the Sume of forty pounds ster to be Levied on his
body Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements &c    Likewise William Bratton & Quenton
Bratton his securitys present here in Court undertakes for the said Samuel Bratton in
the sum of twenty pounds Sterr Each to be Levied Joyntly and Severally on their
Bodys goods and Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of the said William Bratton Junr
