219 said Catherine MccDonold appearance is Recorded and she discharged whereupon the Said Catherine Mackdonold is ordered to give New Recognizance for her appearance at Novem Court Next &c Whereupon a Certain Revell Horsey present in Court undertakes for the said Catherine MccDonold and acknowledged himselfe to owe and stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors in the sum of ten pounds sterr to be Levied on his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of his said Lordship In Case the said Catherine Macdonold do not make her Personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of Novem Next to answer to him his Lordship Concerning all such Matters & things as shall be objected against on his Lordships behalfe & to stand & abide ye Judgm.t of the Court thereupon & not to depart the same Court without Lycence thereof &c Upon the Mocon of William Alexander of Somersett County Gentl: to this Court for to appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Relation to two percels of Land Lying in Somersett County at the head of Wickacomoco one Called Windsor & the other Mammoth part of Wallaces Chance It's ordered by the Court that Jno Handy, Levin Gale, George Dashiell & Merrick Ellis of Somersett County Gentl: be appointed Commissioners in the premisses afd &c Upon the Petition of severall the Inhabitants of Somersett for the Clearing a road from vines branch to Peppers Bridge &c It's ordered by the Court that the same be Cleared according to ye Direction of Samuel Derixon & that he be overseer of the same &c Upon the petition of a Certain Ann Box of Somersett County a poor object of Charity for a place of abideance and for some assistance during this her Necessity &c Whereupon It's Ordered by the Court that Mr Robert King place ye said Ann Box Conveniently where she may be allowed sufficient Necessarys till Novem Court and he she or they that takes Care of the said Ann Box to be allowed for the same ye said Robert King makeing his Report att next Court &c Upon the petition of Elizabeth Waters that Whereas a Certain Nathaniel Dandy a poor Impotent Boy was Left at her heirs by one Daniel Munro and that she had noe way to remove him from thence but prays the Court to take Care of him &c the premises Consider'd It's Ordered by the Court that Cap.t William Planner agree with some person to Entertain and take Care of the Said Nathaniel Dandery and afford him a sufficient maintainance ^untill Next Novem Come twelve month^ and they shall be allowed for the same &c And the said Capt Planner to make report to this Court &c
