the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek ye
third tuesday of November Next to answer unto ^his said Lordship^ Concerning all Such Matters and
things as shall be then and there Objected against him on his Lordships Behalfe & to
stand & abide ye Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and not to depart the Same Court
without Lycence thereof & in the Mean time to be of good behaviour to all his Lordships
Leige people &c                                                 & Especially to the said W.m Taylor

    The humble petition of James Rownd to your Worships is that your worships

would be pleased to Order and Appoint Commissioners as your worship's
                   shall think meet for Examining Evidence and Sellings Bounders as the Law directs
    of two tracts of Land belonging to ye said James Round the One Called Collickmore the other
Belonging Blatchinghurst and your petitioner as in duty Bound shall pray
the petition afd being Read & heard and fully understood      Therefore its Considered by the
Justices here that the Pet.n afd be granted as praid and that Robert Martin, W.m Richardson
W.m Selby and Jn.o Purnell ^of Somrsett County Gent^ be Commissioners to Examine Evidences in relation to the bounds
of Land as by the petition afd is prayd &c

To the worshipfull Justices of Somersett County now in Court Sitting the humble petition of
Thomas Dixon humbly sheweth    that whereas in In June Court Last there was
                two Orphans One Named Darby Cornelia & the Other Mary Cornelia Ordered under the Care
    of your Petitioner and a Certain Peter Frazer   Now for as much as we have the Care of the said
Orphans and they having a Small Estate in the hands of a Certain Colebourn Tayler who Intermarried
with the widdow Bolitha and he refuses to deliver the same without an order from your Worships
the premisses Considered humbly prays that your worships would Grant an Order for the same and
your petitioner as in duty will pray &c    The petition afd being Read heard and fully understood
    It's therefore Considered by the Justices that the said Colebourn Tayler deliver upon unto the Said
Thomas Dixon & Peter Frazer all the Estate of the said Darby Cornelia and Mary Cornelia that he
hath in his hand Lett it be of what Kind soever &c


Catherine MccDonald
     Recognizance
Catherine Mackdonald appears according to her Recognizance Entered
into before Joseph Gray one of the Justices of the peace for Somersett County
             for her appearance this Court to answer her Committing fornication &c the said Catherine
MccDonnold prays that she may be discharged from ye said Recognizance of Bail thereupon the
