218 therefore it is Considered by the Justices by the Jus here that the Petition afd be granted as praid and that a Commission Issue to Benj.a Burton, Ephraim Heather, William Selby and Edward Round of Somersett County Gentl: to Examine Evidences in Relation of the Bounds of Land afd &c
Road &c Thereupon It's ordered by the Court that the said Anne Bullingall give Security with one Surety in ten pounds Sterr for her appearance at November Court next &c Whereupon a Certain Jn.o Dennis of Jun of Somersett County Inholder present here in Court undertakes for the said Ann Bullingall and acknowledged himselfe to owe and stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterr to be Levied on his Body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of his said Lordship In Case the said Ann Bullingall do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of the C his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of Novem Next to answer unto his said Lordships Concerning all such Matters and things as shall be objected against her on his said Lordships Behalfe and to stand & abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and not to depart the same Court without Lycence thereof &c
appearance may be Recorded to save himselfe & Securitys from ye above recognizance of Bail Entered into as afd &c thereupon the said Samuel Riggin appearance is Recorded and ye said Samuel Riggin discharged Whereupon It's Ordered by the Court that the said Samuel Riggin Give New Recognizance for his good beheaviour and appearance at next Court Whereupon the said Samuel Riggin present here in Court acknowledged himselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors in the sume of twenty pounds Sterr to be Levied on his Body goods or Chattells Lands or tenemts for the use of his said Lordship Likewise Teague Riggin and William Mathews of Somersett Gent Present here in Court undertakes for the said Samuel Riggin and acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors in the sume of ten pounds sterr Each to be Levi'd on their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of his said Lordship in Joyntly or Severally to be Levied &c In Case ye said Samuel Riggin does not make his personall appearance before (the) |
