218 of Our the County Court to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of Novem next to answer unto his said Lordship in Concerning all such Matters and things as shall be objected against him on his Lordship's Behalfe & to stand & abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and not to depart the same Court without Lycence thereof &c
prays that his appearance may be recorded to save himselfe and securitys from the above Recognizance of Bail Entered into as afd thereupon the said Randall West Appearance is Recorded and they accordingly discharged &c Whereupon its ordered by the Court that the said Randall West Give New Recognizance in fifty pounds Sterr for his appearance at November Court next with two securitys in twenty five pounds ster Each &c thereupon the said Randall West present in Court acknowledged himselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors in the sum of fifty pounds sterr: to be Levied on their his Body Goods & Chattells Lands or tenements &c Likewise Alex.d Hall and Revell Horsey of Somersett County Gent Present here in Court undertakes for ye said Randall West and acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary his heirs and successors in the sum of twenty five pounds ster Each to be Levied on their bodys goods or Chattels Lands or tenements for the Use of his said Lordship Joyntly & severally to be Levied In Case ye said Randall West does not make his personall appearance before ye Justices of the County Court to be held at Dividing Creek ye third tuesday of Novem Next to answer unto his Lordship Concerning all such matters & things as shall be Objected ag.t him on his Lordships Behalfe and to stand & abide ye Judgmt of the Court thereupon had not to depart ye same Court without Lycence thereof &c
Called assotege feilds in Somersett County on the seaboard ^side^ and in a neck Called Crappers Neck these are therefore to pray your worships to give your Petitioner such Directions as the Law affords for perpetuating of Bounders in hopes whereof your petitioner as in duty bound shall Ever pray The petition afd being Read and heard and Maturally deliberated &c (therefore) |
