217 good behaviour to all his Lordships Leige People and more Especially to Willm Taylor Likewise a Certain John White of Somersett County Gentl: present here in Court acknowledged himselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary and his heirs and successors in the sum of ten pounds sterling to be Levied on his body goods and Chattels Lands or tenements for the Use of his said Lordship in Case the said Daniell Hull do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of November Next to answer unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary Concerning all such Matters and things As Shall be Objected against him on his Lordships Behalfe & to Stand & abide ye Judgm.t of the Court thereupon & not to depart the Same Court without Lycence thereof and in the mean time to be of good Behaviour to all his Lordships Leige people & More Especially to W.m Taylor &c
stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary his heirs and successors in the sume of five pounds sterr to be Levied on his Goods and Chattels Lands or tenements for the use of his said Lordship in Case he does not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek ye third tuesday of Novem Next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship ag.t the Said Daniell Davis &c
his appearance may be Entered to save himselfe and securitys from the above Recognizance of bail &c thereupon the said Anthony West appearance is Recorded & he & his securitys discharged &c Whereupon it's Ordered by the Court that the said Anthony West give New Recognizance in fifty pounds sterling with two securitys Each in twenty five pounds Sterr for his appearance at next Court &c Thereupon the said Anthony West acknowledged himselfe to owe & stand Justly Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors in the sum of fifty pounds sterr money Likewise Alexander Hall and Revell Horsey of Somersett County Gentl: his securitys present here in Court acknowledge themselves to Owe & Stand Justly Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary in the sum of twenty five pounds Sterr Each to be Levied on their Goods & Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of his said Lordship Joyntly & Severally to be Levied In Case the Said Anthony West do not make his personall appearance before the Justices (of) |
