       afd County Court the said sum of One thousand three hundred and sixty one pounds of tobacco
       to be Levied of your Body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of the said Benj.a
       Wailes in Case the said William Pepper shall not pay and satisfie to the said Benjamin
       Wailes the said One thousand three hundred & sixty one pounds of tobacco as afd Recovered
       against him with ye additionall Costs thereon the tenth day of November next
                   Acknowledged before us ye subscribers this 8.th day of June   1724

do Confess Judgm.t unto Benjamin Wailes for the sum of thirty pounds two Shillings
and four pence which sum was Recovered by the said Benjamin Wailes against William
    Pepper on the Ninteenth day of November Last past in the afd County Court the said sum of thirty
    pounds two shillings and four pence is to be Levied of your Bodies goods or Chattells Lands or tenements
    for the use of the said Benjamin Wailes in Case the said William Pepper shall not pay and
    satisfie to the said Benjamin Wailes the said sum of thirty pounds two shillings and four
    Pence as afd recovered against him with ye additional Costs thereon on the tenth day of Novem.r next

Holder do Confess Judgmt to John Scott for the sum of four pounds

ten shillings and three pence Curr.t money of this Governm.t Certain
                                     damages Recovered against him before the Justices of our Said Court on the
                      twentieth day of august one thousand seven hundred and twenty three as also the Sum
    of three hundred and five pounds of tobacco Costs of Suite which Said Sum of four pounds ten
    shillings and three pence was Recovered by the said John Scott against Solomon Yearly al.s
    Turpin on ye Day afd in the Court afd the sum of four pounds ten shillings and three pence as
    also the Cost of Suite to be Levied of their Bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for
    the use of the said John Scott in Case the said Solomon Yearly al.s Turpin shall not pay
    and satisfie unto the said John Scott the said sum of four pounds ten shillings and three
    as also ye Costs afd so as afd recovered against him thereon on the tenth day of Novr Next
Taken before us (the 23.d of may ann 1724) the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices for ye
