Catherine Woods bond
to Robert Woods decd
Somersett County fs:    Know all men by these presents that we Catherine
Woods, Adam Spence Junr and John Murray all Somersett County in the
Province of maryland are holden and firmly bound unto Adam, William Robert, John, David Woods
Orphans of Robert Woods dec.d in the full and Just sum of One hundred and ten pounds Eight
Shillings Curr.t money to be paid to the Said Adam, William, Robert, John and David Woods their
Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes to the which paym.t well and truly to be made we bind us Our and Every of
Our heirs Executors and adm.rs Joyntly and Severally in and for the whole firmly by these presents
Sealed with our Seales and dated the 17.th day of June ann Dom 1724
                            The Condition of the above Obligation is such that Whereas the Commissary
Generall hath transmitted unto this Court the accompt of the Estate of Robert Woods dec.d wherein it
is found that there is Ballance due to the above said orphans the sum of fifty five pounds four
shillings if therefore the said Catherine Woods her Ex.rs or adm.rs do and shall well and truly pay
and satisfie unto the Said Orphans the sum of fifty five pounds four shillings when they shall
attain to full years according to the will of the dec.d and the act of assembly now in force &c then the
above Obligation to be void Els to remain in full force & vertue                                 her mark

    Bond to
Woollfords Orphans
Somersett County fs:    Know all men by these presents that we Lazarus Maddux
John Tunstall and John Bozman all of Somersett County in the province of
Maryland Gentl: are holden and firmly Bound unto Martha and Mary Woollford
             in the full and Just Sum of four hundred and six pounds ten shillings Curr.t money to be
paid unto the said Martha and Mary Woollford their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which paym.t
well and truly to be made we bind us and Every of us our and Every of Our heirs Exrs and admrs Joyntly
and Severally in and for the whole firmly by these presents sealed with our seals & Dated the 16.th day
of June ann Dom 1724

unto the said Orphans the abovesaid sum of two hundred and three pounds five shillings according
to act of assembly Now in force &c then the above Obligation to be void Else to remain in full force & vertue

hundred and sixty one pounds of tobacco which was Recovered by the said Benjamin
       Wailes against William Pepper on the thirteenth day of November Last past in the
