John, William, Samuel ^and^ Grace Mores Orphans of Thomas More deced in the full and Just Sum of Eighty four pounds Nine Shillings and two pence to be paid unto ye said Mary Isaac, Thomas, John, William, Samuel and Grace their Heirs Exrs and Admrs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be Made and done wee Bind Our Selves Our and Either of Our Heirs Exrs and admrs for the whole and In the whole Joyntly and Severally by these Presents sealed with Our Seales and Dated this 17th Day of June Ann Dom 1724 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above Bound John Starling his heirs Exrs or Admrs Doe well and truly Pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said Mary, Isaac, Thomas, John, William, Samuel and Grace Mores their heirs Exrs Admrs Or assignes to the full and Just Sum of forty two pounds four shillings and seven pence being the Just Ballance Due to them from their said fathers Estate according to Act of Assembly and the Deced will then the above Obligation to be Void Otherways to Remain in full force and Vertue his Mark Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presents of Jno H Starling (seal) Thomas Hayward and Jno Pitts Michael Roach (seal) John Davis (seal)
In the full and Just Sum of fifty three pounds four Shill and six pence Curr Money to be paid unto the said Rebecca, Hannah, and Elizabeth Noble their Heirs Exrs Admrs Or Assignes to the which Payment well and truly to be Maid wee Bind us and Every of us Our and Every of Our Heirs Exrs and Admrs Joyntly and severally in and for the whole firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and Dated ye 18.th day of June Ann Dom 1724 The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that whereas the Commissary Generall hath transmitted into this Court the acco.t of the Estate of Jonathan Noble decd wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to ye abovesaid orphan the sum of twenty six pounds twelve shillings and three pence if therefore the said George Tull his Executors or administrators do and shall well and truly pay unto ye said orphans the sum of twenty six pounds twelve shillings and six pence when they shall attain to full years according to the will of the said dec.d and the act of assembly now in force &c than ye above Obligation to be void Else to remain in full force & vertue Signed Sealed & Delivered in presence of us George Tull (seal) Tho Hayward Sam.ll Hopkins (seal) W.m Tayler W.m Richardson (seal) |
