Orphan the sum of Nine pounds ten shillings and four If therefore the said Nehemiah Messick
his Executors or adm.rs do and shall well and truly pay and satisfie unto the said orphan the sum of
Nine pounds ten shillings and four pence when he shall attain to full years according to act of assembly
Now in force then the above obligation to be void Els to remain in full force & vertue

are holden and firmly Bound unto John Shores son of Edward Shores Deced
In the full and Just Sum of Eleven pounds thirteen shill and two pence Curt Money to be paid
unto ye said John Shores his Heirs Exrs admrs or Assignes to the which payment well and truly to be
Made and Done wee Bind Our Selves Our and Either of Our Heirs Exrs and Admrs for the whole
and in the whole Joyntly and Severally by these presents Sealed with our Seales and Dated this
18 day of June   Ann Dom 1724

The Condition of the above Obligation is such that If the above Bound Adam Hitch his
Heirs Exrs ^or^ Admrs Doe well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said John Shores
Heirs Exrs or assignes the full and Just Sum of five pounds sixteen shill and seven pence Being
the Just Ballance Due to him from the said fathers Estate when he shall attain to full age
according to Act of Assembly then the above Obligation to be Void Otherwise to Remain in

sixty seven Pounds five shill and Eight Pence Curr to be paid unto ye said Hugh Rachel Wm
Joshua Francis and Elizabeth Porters their Exrs Admrs Or assignes to ye which Payment well and
truly to be Made and Done wee Bind Our Selves Our and Either of Our Heirs Exrs and Admrs for the whole
and In the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seales and Dated
this 18th day of June Ann Dom 1724         The Condition of the above Obligation is such that

paid unto ye above said Orphans their Heirs Exrs or assignes the full and Just Sum of thirty three
pounds two shill and ten pence Being the Just Ballance Due to them from their said fathers Estate
To be paid then when they shall attain to full age according to Act of Assembly and the deced &
will then the above Obligation to be Void Otherwise to Remain in full force & Vertue
