       Thereupon the said Joseph Holder Present here in Court afd with the Consent of his mother Marg.t
       Cains who being Present in Court at ye same time Binds himselfe to M.r Joseph M.ccChester for three full years
       to Commence from this term the said Joseph Holder to serve the said Joseph ^MccChester^ Holder to serve the said
       Joseph Macchester his heirs or assigns in all such Lawfull Service that he should Employ him in or about
       the full term of three years afd   In consideration of which service by the said Joseph Holder so as afd
       Entered into the said Joseph M.ccChester doth oblige himselfe by these presents to pay for the said
       Joseph Holder the sum of three thousand pounds of tobo for and on accot of the four fold five and fees
       afd and to find the said Joseph Holder sufficient meat drink Lodging and apparell dureing his
       servitude afd and at ye Expiration of the said Joseph Holder's servitude afd ^the said Jos: MccChester^ doth further Promise
       and oblige himselfe by these presents to deliver up the said Joseph Holder to ye County Court or to the
       sherr of the said County to make satisfaction for the remaining part of the four fold fine and fees afd &.c

Wee of the Jury do present Margrett Cains spinster for Concealing two hogs heads and
Cutting of their Ears Belonging to Edward Cowdery the 16.th of February Last Past Stepney
                         Parish                     John Ricketts Cunstable                                          James Rownd Foreman
                      Thereupon Command is given to the sherr of Sommersett County that he should take the said
       Margerett Cains if she should be found in his Baliwick and her should Safe Keep so that he might have her
       Body Before the Justices of his Lordships County Court now sitting at Dividing Creek in Sommersett County
       to answer unto his Lordship Concering a Certain Presentment against her found &.c and that thereof he should
       not fail &.c    And Now hereafterwards to witt the same day and year Comes the said sherr to whom the foregoeing
       writt was directed and makes return thereof to ye Court here sitting in these words Cepi Corpus p

             Whereupon the said Margrett Cains appears and ^being^ sett to the Bar is thereupon Instantly demanded
       here he would acquitt himselfe of the Premises above Imposed upon her says that of the Premises
       afd above Imposed upon her She is noe wise guilty thereof   thereupon at the Mocon of Mr Francis
       Allen and Mr Levin Gale to this Court that the Presentm.t afd is Insufficient in substance and force &.c
                   Therefore It is Considered by the Justices here that the said Presentm.t be quasht and that the said
       Margrett Cains goe thereof quitt &.c    Paying her fees &.c

Wee of the grant Jury do present Esther Fluellen for Bearing a Bastard Child Now in

Nanticoak hundred in on or about November Last              Mr Ellis foreman
                      Christopher Dashiells Informer                  Thereupon Command was given to the sherr
       of Sommersett County that he should take the said Esther Fluellen if she should be found in his Baliwick and her
       should Safe Keep so that he might have her Body Before the Justices of his Lordships County Cort
       of Sommersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of march then next to answer unto his Lordship
