Dom one thousand seven hundred & twenty four that the said Thomas Larimore Recover
against the said John Collins and Thomas Ralph adm.rs of the same John Collins decd as
the sum of sixteen shillings Curr.t money and four hundred pounds of tobacco his damages
afd by the Jurors afd assessed as also the sum of seven hundred & Twenty four
(734)                    pounds of tobo by the Court here adjudged ^unto him^ unto him for his Costs &
724   Charges by his assent of Increase adjudged to be Levied of the goods and Chattels which were
of the said John Collins at the time of his death in the hands of the said John Collins and Thomas
Ralph adm.rs as afd remaining to be adminstred if so much thereof in their hands they have &c
and if so much thereof in their hands they have not &c then the Costs afd to be Levied of the proper
goods and Chattells of the said John Collins & Thomas Ralph & ye Defts in Mercy &c

County afd Gent was attached to answer unto John Paty in an action
of trespass and assault and battery &c
                And whereupon the same John by Levin Gale his attorney Complaines that the afd
    Robert the tenth day of June one thousand seven hundred & twenty three at the County afd
    within the Jurisdiction of this Court with force and armes viz.t swords, Clumks, Brands Ends
    Staves fists &c and assault upon the same John Did make and him did Beat wound &
    Evilly beat so that of his Life it was despaired and other harms to him then & there did doe
    against ye Peace &c whereby the same John says he is the worse & hath damage to the value
    of twelve pounds Curr.t money and thereof he Brings this Suite &c    L Gale P Quer pledg

       And the said Robert Martin by Francis Allen his attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury  
    when &c and prays Leave to Imparle hereunto untill Next Court & he hath it and the same day
    is given to the plft also                     And which said next Court to witt the sixteenth day of
    June anno Dom one thousand seven hundred & twenty three four Come againe as well the said
    plft as the said defend.t by their attorneys afd and the said deft by his said attorney as before
    defends the force and Injury when &c and saith that he is not Guilty and of this putts himselfe upon
    the Country      F Allen               the plft in Like manner   L Gale
                            Thereupon Command is given to the Sher of Somersett County that Immediately
    he Cause to Come here twelve &c by whom &c who neither &c to recognize &c Because as well &c
    of which said preceipt the said sher to witt Joseph MccClester Gentl: now hereat this day to
    witt the same day and year Last mentioned makes return that he has here ready twelve &c
    as by his preceipt he was Commanded   And now hereafterwards to witt the same day & year
    Come as well the said plft as ye said deft by their attorneys ^afd^ and ye Jurors of that Jury
    therein Impannelled being Called Likewise Came to witt   William Handy Jos Houston
